The position
This is a full time permanent position based at our customers distribution centre in Basingstoke
Rate of pay: £24,453 per annum
Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus daily 30-min unpaid break
Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7, 8 hour shifts between: 1pm-9pm

A day in the life of a Warehouse Assistant
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in what can be described as a fast-paced and target driven environment to ensure the stock entering or leaving the depot is accurate.
Our activities vary, so often, you may be required to work across multiple different workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits and Load Adherence checks most of which require periods of manual handling.
Job activities
Audit the Inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program.
Audit Picker accuracy of stock destined for stores and fully investigate all errors found.
Adhere to agreed audit and error verification procedures at all times.
Maintain integrity at all times.
Ensure the expected productivity levels are achieved, in line with customer expectations.
Review daily targets in line with customer expectations.

What We Are Looking For
* Previously worked as a Residential Support Worker, Support Worker, Childcare Worker, Residential Care Worker, Care Worker or in a similar role.
* QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent)
* A minimum of 1 years' experience in a residential care setting
* A compassionate and reliable individual with a strong sense of integrity
* Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with young people
* Must be at least 22 years old due to regulatory requirements
* A full UK manual driving licence

As a Registered Care Manager, you will be leading the daily operations of a childrens residential home, creating a safe and supportive environment for young people with emotional and behavioural needs.
This full-time on-site role offers a salary range of £36,500 - £45,500 and benefits.

You will be responsible for:
* Overseeing the daily management of a residential home for young people
* Leading and supervising a dedicated care team to deliver consistent, high-quality support
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
* Collaborating with families, professionals and external agencies to support each child's care plan
* Promoting a culture of safeguarding, dignity and child-centred practice
* Participating in care reviews and planning meetings

What we are looking for:
