Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging new customer prospects, including contractors, design professionals, business owners, and distributors.
Success in this role requires technical expertise and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote, present, and sell products and services to both existing and potential clients. Conduct detailed cost-benefit analyses to align product offerings with customer needs. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to drive long-term business. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation. Work closely with Customer Service to resolve issues quickly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Consistently achieve sales goals and meet deadlines. Qualifications:

Certifications in construction or industry-related fields are a plus. Minimum 8 years of proven experience in sales of concrete construction products. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools. Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients. Performs work safely, according to safety rules and guidelines, and follows Tremco's Escalation Policy for any safety or quality concerns.

Understands and operates the HMI at the various stations along the line to keep the line operating safely and efficiently.
Monitors weight, speed, and other metrics along the line.
Operates forklift to move raw materials, load carrier, and move finished product.
Makes raw material batches in the appropriate mixer(s), according to specifications.
Performs quality control tests on the batches, per established guidelines.
Ensures proper labels are being used on the taping machine.

The Maintenance Technician performs scheduled and unplanned plant process maintenance and repairs.
Responds to unscheduled maintenance issues as required.
Maintains parts inventories, submits purchase requisitions, and maintains equipment files.
Communicates job status as appropriate to operators, management, and other maintenance personnel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshoots, plans, modifies, and repairs/rebuilds all types of plant equipment.
Performs basic electrical troubleshooting, repair, and construction, as required.
Tests new or repaired equipment to assure satisfactory performance.
Modifies/fabricates as required, using welder, cutting torches and various machines and tools .
Keeps equipment, maintenance shop, and job sites in a clean and orderly condition.
Works in accordance with OSHA and Tremco safety policies and procedures.
Works from ladders, lifts, elevated places, and confined spaces, as required.
Documents work completed; reports job outcome/supplies.
Daily handoff /communication with other shifts.
Details job status as appropriate to operators, management, and other maintenance personnel.
Submits requisitions for repair/replacement parts, as necessary.
Enters MRO receipts in SAP system, maintains parts inventory/shop/equipment files/records.
Lifts up to 50 lbs., as required.
Heavier parts/materials will be handled using other methods.
Works with solvents, degreasers, lubricants, and other common industrial chemicals.
Works with minimal supervision.
Directs work of others, as required (contractors, operators, etc.)
Researches equipment/facility needs, as appropriate, through manuals, files, internet, etc.
Regular hours/shifts may vary as production and maintenance coverage needs dictate.
Must have thorough knowledge of all plant equipment, machinery, and processes

EDUCATION:

Enters MRO receipts in SAP system, maintains parts inventory/shop/equipment files/records.

Works with solvents, degreasers, lubricants, and other common industrial chemicals.
Works with minimal supervision.
Directs work of others, as required (contractors, operators, etc.)

Performing various plant maintenance functions to maintain the general operation of the facility
Assisting with production duties as neededRequirements:
Basic understanding of maintenance processes, industrial safety applications and terminology related to a manufacturing and distribution environment, including but not limited to use of hand and power tools
Experience in maintenance crafts and mechanical repair (electrical, plumbing, and welding); electrical troubleshooting, reading and interpreting electrical drawings, blueprints, shop mathematics and drafting skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and ability to stand for periods of up to 3 hours
Proven ability to work well with others, self-motivated, work with little or no supervision, multitask and prioritize daily
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, decision-making and communication skills
