- At least 5 years work experience as a systems engineer for a spacecraft mission
- Knowledge of the systems and project engineering lifecycle from requirements definition through to verification, including experience of leading or planning for project review gates in satellite engineering
- Experience in mission and systems architecture definition and CONOPS, especially understanding of both space and ground segment interaction.

A minimum of 7 years of technical sales, field support, sales training, business development, and customer/account management experience is required; or a minimum of 10 years of specialty industry-related experience in lieu of a degree Experience in the construction industry such as an architect, engineer, construction manager, or installation is preferred.
