D365 Senior Support Analyst

D365 Senior Support Analyst required work alongside other members of the support team to ensure customers get the agreed level of service and will be expected to work independently and assist with case escalations where appropriate.
You will play a key role in D365 and Power Platform solution support and participate in every aspect of the D365 and Power Platform solution support from: triage of large case numbers from multiple customers, resolving customer cases, recognising change requests, managing customer escalations and environment/release management.
Key Requirements:
Can resolve D365 Support cases, provide root cause analysis and create a customer document that outlines the root cause as well as the steps taken to resolve the issue.
Provide in-depth knowledge of the D365 CE application and evaluate the customer's business processes against the standard D365 CE functionality where required.

Dynamics 365 CE/CRM product experience on the following: Sales - (Lead / Opportunity / Quote / Order / Invoice).
Marketing and campaigns ▪ Including Add-ons e.g., Click Dimensions/Mailchimp/Microsoft Dynamics Marketing).
Service and Case management including SLAs and Entitlements.
Custom ISV/xRM solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Entity Design and Entity Relationship modelling implementing multiple relationship types.
Model Driven App Form Design.
Business Process Flows spanning multiple entities and implementing branching logic.
Classic Dynamics 365 CE Workflows, including various trigger events and complex conditional logic.
Dynamics 365 CE Dashboards including a combination of charts and list views.

Model Driven Apps containing multiple system components.
Ribbon Customisation.

Where necessary, can write and interpret JavaScript within the context of Dynamics 365 CE.
Understands and identifies the point at which requirements are more effectively met using custom plugins / workflow assemblies and can articulate those requirements to the relevant colleagues.
Ability to extend solutions using complimentary Office 365 / Power Platform technologies such as: Power Platform ▪ Power Automate - Create and maintain complex Power Automate flows implementing different trigger events, trigger filtering and multiple actions.
▪ Power Bi - Understands the key concepts when this technology may be implemented to support an overall deployment.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Compactor & Baler Engineer
Responsibilities:
Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Analyze compactor and baler systems to identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Use diagnostic tools and techniques to troubleshoot problems and develop effective repair solutions.
Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs, replacements, and adjustments on compactor and baler equipment to address technical issues and restore functionality.
Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
Parts Replacement: Replace faulty components, such as motors, cylinders, sensors, and control panels, to maintain the reliability and efficiency of compactor and baler systems.
Coordinate with suppliers to procure replacement parts as needed.
Safety Inspections: Conduct safety inspections and compliance checks on compactor and baler systems to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and manufacturer specifications.
Implement corrective actions to address safety hazards and mitigate risks.
Client Support: Interact with clients to understand their service requirements, schedule service visits, and communicate repair plans and timelines.
Provide technical assistance and guidance to clients on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repair logs, maintenance schedules, and inspection reports.
Generate service reports and documentation for internal records and client communication.
Training and Education: Provide training sessions for operators and maintenance personnel on equipment usage, troubleshooting techniques, and preventive maintenance practices.
Share best practices and recommendations for optimizing equipment performance and longevity.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in service operations.
Collaborate with colleagues and management to implement changes and enhancements that enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
As a member of the fabrication team, the Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to, producing architectural shapes, Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) wall components, and exterior panel systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows the daily production schedule set by the Production Supervisor. Reads fabrication drawings and tape measurements to prepare materials for assembly. Uses hand power tools to trim corners and fold panel returns. Pre-drills aluminum parts as required. Applies silicone sealant to aluminum extrusions. Attaches aluminum parts using set screws. Assists in building custom crates based on project specifications. Prepares and organizes parts for shipment. Assists with shipping and receiving. Follows all safety requirements. Cleans equipment after use and assists the team in keeping production space clean and organized. Assists with monthly inventory counts.
EDUCATION:
No formal educational requirement. High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
No prior experience or training. Previous work in a construction, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred. Previous work in the aluminum panel or window industry is preferred.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Models the values and expectations of 168 - integrity, responsible entrepreneurship, commitment, and moral courage. Demonstrates accepted ethical and professional business behavior. Executes ISO authority and responsibility.
Completes and maintains all required training.

The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $15.85 and $18.98.
