Commercial

You'll drive commercial performance through lift/launch and storage activities, boatyard zoning to maximise potential income, have a great working relationship with the tenant base onsite and accurate billing and account management.
Demonstrate a commercial approach.
Identify and develop new revenue generating opportunities and present these to your Regional Operations Manager.
As Boatyard Manager you will take responsibility and play your part in delivering the site P&L.
You'll manage your cost lines appropriately and work with the Regional Operations Manager to identify opportunities.
Customer
We believe the customer should be at the centre of everything we do.
You'll take responsibility for ensuring your team deliver an outstanding customer experience.
You'll know the site NPS, take onboard customer feedback and act, drive feedback volume and customer engagement.

As a Nurse your key duties include:
Manage the assessment, implementation and evaluation of individual resident care plans while promoting a professional working environment to ensure a high standard of resident care
Adopt a systemic, individual approach to all resident care plans and communicate the outcomes to the clinical team both verbally and in writing, ensuring all CPA and risk assessment documentation is kept up to date
Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to resident care
Deputise in the absence of the Unit Manager and their Deputy to manage the staffing and clinical needs as required
Support and supervise care staff or new recruits
Professional experience and nous to know when medical concerns or decisions need referring to Deputy or Home Manager
The following skills and experience would be preferable and beneficial for the role:
Previous older peoples care experience is desirable but not essential
Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
Excellent organisation & leadership skills
Effective communication skills
Flexible, professional and committed to being the best
Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our services
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £21.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to £48,048 per annum.

As the Home Manager your key responsibilities include:
Provide leadership and direction to the home's staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion and empathy
Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team of skilled care professionals who are committed to delivering person-centred care
Ensure that the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support
Manage the home's budget, ensuring that financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed
Develop and implement a well-thought-out marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the home's services to potential residents, families, and stakeholders
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and all stakeholders, responding effectively to their needs and concerns
Have oversight of all records to ensure that the home's administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Continuously monitor and evaluate the home's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
Manage and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring that the home is a safe and secure environment for residents and staff
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Proven experience as an exceptional nursing home manager
Previous commissioning experience
Registered with the CQC, or have been registered previously
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, staff and stakeholders
Good leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and manage a team of care professionals
Good understanding of financial management and budgeting
The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £75,000 per annum.
This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 40 hours a week working from 9am-5pm.
