Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As Production Technician, you will be expected to perform day-to-day operational tasks related to receiving, manufacturing and shipping of products.
As part of your main duties and responsibilities you will be expected to: Produce a quality product by following established procedures. Correctly sample process batches in line with protocols. Perform quality inspections to ensure quality is in line with expected standards. Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system and if required, escalate to the attention of the Production Manager. Work in line with and meet the scheduled production requirements. Conduct inventory checks periodically as required. Assist Production Manager in reviewing process orders, determining raw material needs and planning accordingly. Assist in the training of new employees within the department. Maintain a safe and clean workplace. Perform other related duties at the request of the Plant Manager
Qualifications & Previous Experience

Vice President - Internal Audit & Chief Audit Executive - On a periodic basis, the Manager of Internal Audit will meet with the Chief Audit Executive to provide summary reporting on audits, projects and staffing.
RPM Corporate Officers - The Manager of Internal Audit may be asked to participate in meetings with RPM Corporate Officers including the Chief Financial, Accounting and/or Compliance Officers to provide an executive level summary of the activities of the Internal Audit Department.
Corporate Finance Department - Internal Audit is responsible for auditing the activities of the Corporate Finance Department, most important of which is the preparation of the Company's external financial statements.
In addition, the Corporate Finance Department will communicate any areas of risk at the operating company level to Internal Audit for review and follow-up.
Financial Management at Operating Groups and Operating Companies - Though the degree will vary with every audit, this position will have contact with employees in the worldwide finance function, including Segment-level Chief Financial Officers and Controllers.

Education/License/Certification/Experience Requirements
6 to 10 years of experience is preferred. Completion of a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in accounting is preferred.
Completion of a Bachelor's in accounting, finance or a related field is required.
Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills Required for Position

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them.
The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $25.16 and $31.45.

Essential Functions
Manage the day-to-day audit activities, which consist of evaluating the design and testing operating effectiveness of key internal controls and/or testing of key financial statement accounts and processes.
These responsibilities include: Training and supervising Staff & Senior Auditors in ensuring the effective and efficient execution of the audit. Provide training and re-enforcement to worldwide financial managers regarding the expectations surrounding the Company's internal control framework. Effectively communicate with local financial management, regarding the nature of audit documentation requests, an overview of procedures performed, and the results of the audit. Providing timely status updates to the Senior Director of Internal Audit regarding audit issues identified, staffing issues, concerns with local management, etc.
Deliver workpapers to external auditor within agreed upon deadline.
Respond to any review comments from the external auditor in a timely and thoughtful manner.
Conduct follow-up discussion and tests to ascertain whether agreed upon corrective measures have been implemented. Respond to internal requests for support or assistance in a prompt and professional manner. Keep abreast of laws, rules and regulations issued by applicable regulatory agencies with which the Company must comply. Maintain personal and professional competency through appropriate participation in professional organizations and attendance at relevant internal and external training opportunities.
Relationship and Contacts
Internal Contacts:
Senior Internal Auditors, Staff Internal Auditors, and Interns - On a daily basis, the Manager of Internal Audit is expected to work in small project teams and manage the efforts of the Senior Internal Auditors, the Staff Internal Auditors and Interns.
Senior Director of Internal Audit - On a frequent basis, the Manager of Internal Audit will meet with the Senior Director to discuss internal audit objectives, audit procedures and audit results.
Vice President - Internal Audit & Chief Audit Executive - On a periodic basis, the Manager of Internal Audit will meet with the Chief Audit Executive to provide summary reporting on audits, projects and staffing.
RPM Corporate Officers - The Manager of Internal Audit may be asked to participate in meetings with RPM Corporate Officers including the Chief Financial, Accounting and/or Compliance Officers to provide an executive level summary of the activities of the Internal Audit Department.
Corporate Finance Department - Internal Audit is responsible for auditing the activities of the Corporate Finance Department, most important of which is the preparation of the Company's external financial statements.
In addition, the Corporate Finance Department will communicate any areas of risk at the operating company level to Internal Audit for review and follow-up.
Financial Management at Operating Groups and Operating Companies - Though the degree will vary with every audit, this position will have contact with employees in the worldwide finance function, including Segment-level Chief Financial Officers and Controllers.
External Contacts:
Frequent contact and coordination with the Company's external auditors (Deloitte) who rely significantly on the work performed by Internal Audit.
Education/License/Certification/Experience Requirements
6 to 10 years of experience is preferred. Completion of a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in accounting is preferred.
Completion of a Bachelor's in accounting, finance or a related field is required.
Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills Required for Position
Strong oral and written communication skills. Positive Attitude & willingness to work and travel in small teams. Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, developing, and mentoring others. Ability to communicate, learn, and be self-sufficient. Ability to understand and follow directions. Business office skills - ability to use a laptop computer including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; required.
Experience with AuditBoard audit software, preferred.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Warehouse Forklift Operator you will be expected to Receive, store, and distribute material, equipment, and products within the establishment by performing the following on a daily basis: Read orders to determine what products are to be pulled and put on pallets. Receive incoming materials, verifying amount received against packing slip, manifests, invoices or orders and noting any shortages. Prepare product/materials for shipment- supporting the continuous retrieving of material and staging at designated locations along the production line. Record shipment data- including weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for recordkeeping purposes. Support maintenance and organization of warehouse - including cleanliness and housekeeping. Partake in inventory records management- noting stock received and dispersed. Support security of the warehouse and inventory- letting only authorized personnel in warehouse area. Communicate with supervisors on any problems or issues that may arise such as damages, shortages or nonconformance to specifications- escalating further as required to management. Sort and place products and materials on racks, shelves and/or in bins according to product code. Open crates and other containers. Qualifications and Previous Experience:
High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience/certification for sit down forklift and electric pallet jack- and ability to demonstrate proficiency on equipment. IT Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages- ability to maintain inventory records electronically. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Other requirements:
Must be available to work the following shift: 9 am - 5:30pm and flexible to work other shifts as determined by the needs of the business- including evenings and weekends.
