JOB PURPOSE:
Our Sourcing Manager, Purchase for Resale will provide support to our Product Teams and internal stakeholders.
This is a project management-based position responsible for ensuring timely support of New Product Launch (NPL) activities and other Sourcing initiatives.
We are seeking an individual who thrives on building effective business relationships, has a customer-driven focus, and strong follow up skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management & Sourcing
Work with Product Management Teams to understand upcoming projects and identify potential sources of supply. Effectively gather project requirements from Product Management Team and obtain pricing from qualified sources of supply. Coordinate cross-functionally to facilitate all New Product Launch-Sourcing activities. Lead pre-production manufacturing pilot runs and start-up of new product manufacturing as necessary to assure on-time delivery of parts and a high level of supplier performance. Partner with Product Management Teams to understand additional product needs and establish the necessary relationships and programs to leverage these needs. Interact with all levels of the organization, including senior level executives.
Cost Reduction / Margin Enhancement
Lead cost reduction initiatives for assigned brand platforms.
Analyze spend and identify margin enhancement opportunities. Evaluate supplier quotations and develop negotiation strategies focused on achieving target margins. Negotiate pricing, terms, and other contractual issues with suppliers. Leverage volume to provide cost-effective solutions while maintaining acceptable inventory levels. Collaborate with Product Management, Package Engineering, and Direct Material Sourcing on identification of cost-effective packaging needed for manufacture of Purchase for Resale Finished Goods.
Supplier Relationships
Writing Request for Quotations (RFQs) to suppliers and complete pricing analysis as needed.
Lead negotiations with key suppliers for New Product Launch activities, ensuring the supplier has the appropriate capacity and capability to grow with new products while maintaining appropriate service levels for existing programs.
Assist in problem resolution when needed. Facilitate the escalation process to meet production needs. Execute strategic plans outlined by the Senior Leadership team. Foster supplier relationships that offer win-win results. Routinely meet with current suppliers to bring new and improved product solutions forward.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline 3-5 years of Procurement/ or Supply Chain experience Strong business acumen Ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment and act as a strong team player Experience with project management, expediting and optimizing inventory levels. Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills This position requires an individual who is self-directed and detail-oriented with an inquisitive nature and the desire to solve problems A strong work ethic with a positive "can-do" attitude and one who takes pride in the quality of their work Experience managing multiple tasks/projects at one time along with understanding overall direction and goals.
Proven history in providing influential leadership across functions of the organization such as Marketing, Operations, Procurement and Quality to effectively communicate benefits, challenges and cost initiatives on materials and projects. Strong financial/math acumen and prior experience with the collection, interpretation, and analysis of NPD data in support of company strategic initiatives Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong team player SAP & Microsoft (specifically Excel) knowledge preferred. Position Purpose:
This position is accountable for designing and leading strategic CapEx engineering projects within our Manufacturing Operations.
This includes the engineering design and physical execution of $250,000+ capital projects, project management ownership from design through startup, and long-range strategic technical planning for the business.
The role also leads the development of engineering design specifications, guidelines, and standards.
Principle Accountabilities:
Responsible for capital project execution including equipment selection, technical and financial justification, CapEx management, purchasing, installation/construction, and start-up support efforts
Engineering Design Leadership - Develop and manage engineering design specifications and Techno-Economic Models including process design, P&ID, mass and energy balances, equipment sizing, and financial analyses (CapEx, OpEx, NPV)
Support & bolster the Engineering Work Process providing strategic direction and support to build and enhance the work process
Engineers within the team on large projects can be assigned specific portions of capital projects based on expertise and workload availability including project management, technical design of packaging equipment & paint making/processing equipment, and construction management.
Project Management - Manage projects using the Engineering Work Process from conceptual design through successful startup transition to the local plant team.
This includes managing budget, timeline, and deliverables to ensure the project meets established success criteria.
Design - Recommend and implement manufacturing systems that are designed for machine and human interaction, method/process, raw material & environmental variability.
Design solutions to incorporate Lean principles to improve reliability, ease of use & maintenance, minimize changeover times, and minimize production losses.
Construction Management - Manage contractors, technicians, skilled trades, and internal resources to safely install and startup manufacturing systems.
This includes working with the plant operational teams on training, standard operating procedures, and identification of spare parts.
Apply the Process Safety Management (PSM) regulations, applicable building codes, and NFPA fire code to capital projects and design specifications
Manage external Engineering Firm resources on large capital projects
Frequent interface with corporate staff, plant staff, operators, and maintenance personnel across a 3-shift operation
Education/Experience Requirements:
BS in Chemical Engineering preferred.
Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Packaging, and Electrical Engineers with hands-on related experience will also be considered.
5 years Minimum in plant engineering support role with hands-on experience in engineering, process design, continuous improvement, troubleshooting equipment, project management and project start-up verification
Demonstrated strong organizational, interpersonal, and technical communication skills, with the ability to lead and thrive in fast-paced, multitasking environments
Commitment to safety, ethical behavior, and respect for people, ensuring adherence to industry standards, governmental regulations and company values

The Building Envelope Field Estimator will evaluate existing building envelope conditions based on visual and documented areas of deficiencies, develop a scope of work to remedy identified deficiencies, and develop budgets, estimates, and or proposals associated with building envelope repairs.
This role is responsible for converting bid documents to construction documents and communicating job scope and expectations to the field site foreman, both verbal and written.
Monitor job costs and work as a team to ensure productivity and fiscal responsibility are being met.

Attend pre-bids and develop photo documentation and field dimension records.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for investigating and analyzing building envelope failures and suggesting long-term repairs.
Conduct building envelope condition assessments, forensic investigations, and failure analysis to determine the root cause of problems and develop appropriate remediation strategies.
Coordinate on-site schedules, condition requirements, and the overall phasing of work.
Provide technical expertise in building envelope systems, including roofing, waterproofing, and wall systems.
Execute take-offs of construction documents
Travels to project sites to review for proposal development.
Coordinate with Tremco Sales Representatives and WTI Construction Manager.
Skillfully prepare estimates by meticulously studying proposals, plans, specifications, and addendums by identifying labor, material, and time requirements.
Conduct detailed takeoffs for building envelope repairs, guaranteeing a comprehensive grasp of the project scope.
Assemble and present estimates with precision, incorporating numerical and descriptive information.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Four plus years of experience in the building envelope industry.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and/or CAD drawings.
Ability to travel to managed local job sites weekly or as required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Teams.
Familiarity with Project Management Software.

The Content Marketing Specialist must be a skilled writer with the ability to strike a balance between precise technical writing and creative storytelling to educate our target audiences about building science and our roofing, HVAC, structural framing, exterior facades, waterproofing and other building material solutions.
The Content Marketing Specialist must be able to produce written content that is accessible across online and print platforms and utilize digital measurement tools and platforms to evaluate content performance.
This is a hybrid role working out of the Houston office several days a week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works with the Content Marketing Manager to:
Develop the annual content marketing plan;
Establish metrics for measuring the performance of specific pieces of content as well as campaigns and the overall content program; and
Utilize data to adjust content strategy as needed.
Collaborates with/interviews internal and external subject matter experts (For example, Product Line Management, Technical Services, Design Engineering, and Sales.) to draft and edit technical content pieces that engage key audiences, increase website traffic and ultimately drive leads.
Content types include, but are not limited to, blog posts, white papers, articles, e-books, project profiles, presentations/webinars, and industry award submissions.
Repurposes content in a variety of formats for different audiences and platform preferences.
Examples include brainstorming how educational articles can be turned into short-form social media posts or converting a webinar into a blog article.
Identifies appropriate topics for new content development through a variety of methods including collaborating with our SEO Specialist and Social Media Specialist, conducting online research, reading print and digital industry publications, attending trade shows, and monitoring competitor and industry association activities.
Solicits content contributions from third parties, including architects, consultants, specifiers and contractors, to draft, edit and disseminate these works.
Assists with internal communication projects as needed.
Develops and coordinates cross-channel content campaigns in alignment with the Marcom Specialists and Digital Marketing team.
Publishes content with related photos and videos to brand websites through our CMS system, Kentico.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or related field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
2-4 years' experience in copywriting, digital marketing, social media or content marketing where most of the time was spent writing and editing content for a technical audience.
