Technology Resilience Lead required for a leading client based in London.
My client is currently seeking a suitable candidate to Support the capacity and capability of our clients' collective, including their operational entities and subsidiaries, to prepare for, respond to, and rebound from disruptions to our global technology infrastructure and operational environments.

This involves maintaining and testing existing backups to uphold data integrity and availability.-Conducting operational assessments of defined Disaster Recovery plans will be part of your responsibilities.
This entails utilizing various methods such as checklists, walk-throughs, tabletop exercises, simulations (parallel or full interrupt), and comprehensive exercises, coordinated with related plans like IT DR plans and crisis management plans.-Furthermore, you'll integrate cybersecurity scenarios, analyse test outcomes, implement lessons learned, and incorporate necessary improvements or corrective actions into IT DR and Cyber Resilience plans.-By conducting post-incident reviews and analysing pre-planned testing outcomes, you'll continuously monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) like recovery time objectives (RTOs) and recovery point objectives (RPOs).

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field. 8+ years of relevant work experience; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification not required but a plus Strong interpersonal skills, organizational impact, and ability to manage projects and mentor people while promoting Rust-Oleum's culture. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Fork Lift Operator you will be expected to Receive, store, and distribute material, equipment, and products within the establishment by performing the following on a daily basis: Read orders to determine what products are to be pulled and put on pallets. Primary focus of this position will be to work directly with the business on process improvement initiatives and the introduction of new technologies.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:
TheWTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective regions to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process of all WTI Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to previous and current job sites, and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel. Weekly communication with Sales Managers is required.
The Supervisor will field all questions/concerns from the WTI Field Reps and will handle all discrepancies between the WTI Field Reps and the Sales Force. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. The Supervisor will also be the main contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a WTI Field Rep. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval/certification of each Field Rep, including OSHA Hazard Awareness, ToolBox Talks, etc. Provide training of new contractors on the proper application of Tremco Roof Systems.
Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with Human Resources as needed. Work in conjunction with the Recruiting Department for hiring of all new personnel.
Ensure that all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis. Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information. Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including expense management, monthly sales projections, Field Tech time management, status reports, bidding jobs with reps, large job sign-offs, project documentation, etc.
Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Vice President of WTI General Services.

Position Summary:
You will be responsible for the overall management of the assigned Service Center location including: inventory, warehousing, customer relations, and sales.
You will lead a team of 4 or more employees.
Essential Functions:
Communicate with local sales force assigned to the Service Center regarding inventory, color, and service needs. Manage daily/ weekly cycle counting on physical inventories.
Manage inventory reorder points (ROPs) and reorder quantities (ROQs) levels to yield established on time in full (OTIF) and inventory goals. Manage receipt of inbound and shipment of outbound goods. Assure on Time in Full delivery to customer's request. Perform Root Cause Analysis on OTIF misses. Approval and processing of returned goods and replenishment of orders in a timely manner. Prepare Bills of Lading per Department of Transportation (DOT) certification and guidelines. Assure compliance with all regulatory, safety procedures, housekeeping expectations as defined by management.
Assist in daily warehousing duties as needed. Supervise, monitor and maintain training schedules for all personnel including: safety, DOT, forklift, IATA. Actively communicate with management to keep them advised on all pertinent matters. Preform additional duties as assigned. Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Minimum of Associates Degree in a Business-related discipline or minimum 7 years practical experience, 2+ years Supervisor or Management experience Forklift certification or have ability to pass forklift certification test.
Desired Qualification:
1+ year sales or retail experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects over 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include 20/20 vision, with or without correction, close vision, distance vision, color vision, full peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Any function may be performed for up to four hours with no breaks.
Operate various warehouse equipment including: forklift, pallet jack and stock picker
