Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and report malfunctions to a supervisor.
Secure finished packaged items by hand tying, sewing, gluing, stapling, or attaching fastener.
Stock and sort product for packaging or filling machine operation, and replenish packaging supplies, such as wrapping paper, plastic sheet, boxes, cartons, glue, ink, or labels.
Inspect and remove defective products and packaging material.

The responsibilities of the Material Handler include the following.
Efficiently, accurately, and safely processes raw materials, components, and finished goods, and distributes materials to the appropriate department by verifying and maintaining documentation on incoming and outgoing shipments, and transporting raw materials, components, and supplies to appropriate departments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment. Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials. Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes. Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock. Contact carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materials. Compute amounts, such as space available, and shipping, storage, and demurrage charges, using calculator or price list.
Required Skills:
1-3 years of related experience. High school diploma or GED. Must be able to work above average overtime and flexible hours. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Aptitude with SAP/WMS System as well as ISO-9001 requirements. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations, write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals and effectively present information and respond to questions from diverse groups.
Solve Practical problems where only limited standardization exists.
Interprets instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Work with mathematical concepts and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

POSITION TITLE: Chemist
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The Chemist position is a degreed, experienced, product development role that is an integral part of the laboratory formulation staff.
This is an advanced level position for personnel that have a demonstrated, consistent, and extended record of high quality and reproducible results in all associated activities involved in formulation, testing and preparation of commercial products.
Simply stated, Chemists conduct experiments in the laboratory in order to analyze substances, develop new products, or improve existing ones.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manipulate new or existing formulations to obtain required properties through adjustment of raw materials or processing parameters that meet customer expectations and are commercially successful.
Formula finalization including data entry into Product Vision.
Preparation of supporting materials required for formula transfer to production, such as product folders and QC specifications.
Formula maintenance support through the PPDCR process. Ensure compliance to all record keeping and documentation requirements supporting laboratory activities.
Provide technical assistance to internal departments and customers. Ensure and maintain an orderly and safe working environment for all employees. Other duties as assigned.
COMPENTENCIES:
Demonstrated track record of successful commercialization formulating multiple existing platforms to support projects with some degree of uncertainty with an advanced level of judgement and decision making. Advanced knowledge of raw materials, processing and testing methods routinely used within the work steps and in the general coatings marketplace.

Continuous Improvement Leader will drive and execute continuous improvement efforts at the manufacturing plant level by collaborating with plant personnel to promote, improve and maintain our operational excellence systems in alignment with corporate strategy and site-specific goals.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

The Finance Manager will serve as a financial partner in the organization by collaborating with business leaders in core functions across the Company.

Prepare a collection of metrics and analyses including, but not limited to, prime/gross margin, SG&A, EBIT, Capex, supply/cost/volume, and other ad hoc tasks as assigned by leadership within Kop-Coat. Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarter sales forecasts by collaborating with sales and leadership personnel. Provide support during month-end processing to multiple internal stakeholders to ensure the Company meets all internal and external month-end reporting deadlines. Partner with other internal departments to understand business needs and ensure metrics and analytics align with organizational goals. Assist in preparing annual financial budget (GTO, Goals/Targets/Objectives) to help drive both short- and long-term planning. Prepare consolidated financial reporting and analytics for the Director, FP&A. Provide actionable insights and intelligence into market trends by segment and sub-segment by conducting data analysis and market research.
Develop and manage segmentation databases with relevant KPIs.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field. 5+ years of experience in finance or analytical role. High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other programs.
Preferred Qualifications
