Positive, flexible attitude with the ability to adapt to different projects

Technical Application Specialist
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Technical Application Specialist ensures proper application of Tremco products in accordance with company and industry guidelines by providing both on-site and office-based problem resolution assistance.
This individual is a technical liaison between the business and Tremco's field-based internal and external stakeholders.

Project Administrator Development Lead
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Project Administrator Development Lead is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for all employees assigned or transitioning into the Project Administrator role.
This position ensures new and existing team members are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to successfully perform the duties of a Project Administrator.

Project Administrator Development Lead
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Project Administrator Development Lead is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for all employees assigned or transitioning into the Project Administrator role.
This position ensures new and existing team members are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to successfully perform the duties of a Project Administrator.

Visit the projects at specific intervals to assess the completed work and provide any direction or corrective advice.
Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the project has a zero-punch list.
Perform final inspections when needed.
Pre-project field inspections and technical support, including but not limited to: Peel tests Product testing Product recommendations Proper product installations Post project completion inspection to ensure quality workmanship and proper utilization and application of materials. Tremco is currently searching for a Commercial Roofing Advisor in our Roofing and Building Maintenance Division. The Commercial Roofing Advisor is responsible for supporting the efforts of the Sales Representative in your area. This work includes but is not limited to: Preparing and/or distributing marketing materials Inspection and evaluation of the property preparing roof drawings and sketches preparing scope of work documents preparing proposals attending sales calls pricing patch and repair jobs providing technical expertise attending meetings with the architect, contractor, and/or owner Inspections Monitoring Installations Trouble shooting problems arising during installation and during the lifecycle of the roof conducting diagnostic infrared scans of roofs preparing CADD drawings
Qualifications:
Three to five years of related hands-on experience requiredPrior sales and/or customer related experience in roofing industry required The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $65,000 and $80,000.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
