JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Is responsible for managing all Self-Perform Projects and the associated customers (Including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc).
This involves working with the Project Foreman, Superintendent, Construction Manager, and Sales Reps associated with the project, to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule and manage self-perform crews via daily interaction and oversight of the crew foreman.
When subcontractors are necessary/present on the majority of self-perform projects, act as a liaison to the CM for boots-on-the-ground subcontractor oversight (as needed).
Implement and understand project administration requirements.
Create, update, and communicate project schedules and updates.
Control expectations and challenges to keep the project on schedule and running efficiently.
Ensure quality control and quality management of all scope items.
Verify that all project work complies with contract documents.
Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between self-perform crews, subcontractors, Sales Reps, and owner operations, ensuring specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards.
Ensure the region's profitability by effectively managing the team and processes using available tools, including collaboration with the RBM.
Generate reports on project status and ensure owner satisfaction.
Aid in the takeoff of opportunities and creation of scope and quantity specifics for project opportunities, as needed.
Participate in CG/CM, Sales Team, and Ops Management-related coordination and collaboration.
Provide QA and QC inspections and training at all levels of work to achieve the highest standards of Tremco/WTI roofing practices, ensuring the Tremco Sales team increases its market share of work performed for WTI.
These areas include:
Field applications - existing and new materials, systems, applications, etc.
Customer service
Reporting compliance
Communicate on a routine basis with the RBM regarding:
Safety compliance results
Project approvals, planning, and results
Personnel and process management
All issues that require collaboration or elevation of authority
Lead and uphold the highest levels of health and safety management in compliance with all codes, laws, and Tremco policies, and contribute to developing a safety-oriented culture that will result in 100% compliance of:
Toolbox Talk attendance
DTA reporting
Truck audits
Goal of zero safety-related incidents on all projects
Willing to travel 100% of the area as needed.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $72,000 and $90,000.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

The Field Resource Inspector is responsible for completing documents, forms, processes and data gathering to ensure accuracy, quality and integrity in our field inspection reporting.

The Field Resource Inspector will work independently or with other resources depending on the task being performed.

Review investment attestations and assess client circumstances as part of the periodic review process.
Perform risk grading reviews and interpret information relating to high, medium, and low CDD risk factors.
Maintain and update the periodic review tracker, reporting on progress and ensuring quality and timeliness of output.
Balance allocated workloads effectively and take a proactive approach to additional administrative or compliance-related tasks as required.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Senior to join a well-established accountancy firm offering bookkeeping, tax, payroll, and business advisory services to individuals and SMEs.
They are seeking a finance professional with strong UK practice experience, capable of finalising accounts, submitting to HMRC and Companies House, and providing guidance to junior team members where required.
This permanent role can be full-time or part-time offering a salary range of £25,000 - £45,000 and benefits.
You will be responsible for:
* Preparing and finalising year-end accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships.
* Carrying out reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledgers.
* Submitting accounts and returns to HMRC and Companies House in compliance with UK regulations.
* Preparing and maintaining accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets.
* Preparing and submitting VAT returns and assisting with corporation tax computations (CT600).
* Managing purchase and sales ledgers, bank reconciliations, and journal postings.
* Reviewing and supervising junior staff outputs, offering mentoring and support.
* Assisting with management accounts and ad-hoc financial reports.

What we are looking for:
* Previous experience as an Accounts Senior, Accounts supervisor, Accounts & Audit Senior, Practice Accountant, Accountant, Accounts Semi Senior or similar finance-based position.
* Minimum 3 years' experience working within a UK accountancy practice (essential)
* Strong knowledge of HMRC and Companies House submission procedures
* AAT Level 4, ACCA part-qualified, or equivalent practical experience
* Proficient in preparing and finalising statutory accounts independently
* Experienced with accounting software, including Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks
* Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with complex spreadsheets
* Sound understanding of financial accounting principles
* Collaborative approach with the ability to supervise and support junior team members
Shift:
* Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 4.30pm
* Friday: 8.30am - 1.30pm
