Follows batch work instructions in order to manufacture quality products. Prepares disperser and letdown tank for production, including any necessary equipment clean up. Monitors and controls high-speed disperser, mixer, pumps, flow meters and other instruments in order to make sure that a batch is produced according to work instructions. Adjust a batch, under QC guidance, until it is approved. Get batch tickets from floor supervisor and discuss with floor supervisor the best order.
Determine raw materials needed. Housekeeping - Clean up work area to 5S standards, takes out trash, participate in cycle count and inventory program. May assist in other departments such as filling, and material handling or help make sample batches Ensure work area is safe, clean and free of recognizable hazards, communicating all spills or other hazards to the shift supervisor Responsible for Dust collector cleanouts when required. The team:
Ask MARC (Male Abuse Referral Centre) has been established for 5 years, offering clear referral pathway and dedicated specialist support to male victims of interpersonal abuse living in the Black Country; this includes intimate partner and familial abuse, current, historic and childhood sexual violence, stalking, honour-based abuse and forced marriage.
The service will raise awareness of the dynamics of abuse against men and respond to identified barriers that stop men from getting help.
Ask MARC will work in partnership with key agencies to assess risk and provide tailored support plans for clients.
We hope to expand this service over the next few years to cover the West Midlands tendering and contracts permitting.

Perform all material handling functions related to shipping and warehousing, including truck loading, material receiving, storage and supply of filling lines with packaging components
Ensure secure shipment of finished goods by stretch wrapping of palletized products using stretch wrapping equipment and blocking and bracing loads
Receive and store raw materials in their proper place.
Enter the received raw material in SAP in accordance with set procedure and practice.
Enter the shipments of material in SAP as assigned, according to procedure.
Housekeeping - Maintain clean and debris free Shipping & Receiving Areas, Warehouses and Docks.

Tes principales missions :
Communication & création : conception et mise à jour des supports (print, affiches, brochures, signalétique, partenaires)
Webmarketing : rédaction d'articles, mise à jour des sites web, newsletters et campagnes e-mailing via Brevo
Réseaux sociaux : animation des comptes du groupe (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) et planification via Zoho Social
E-réputation : suivi des avis clients et réponses avec l'aide d'outils IA (modèles et prompts fournis)
Projets spéciaux : shootings photo/vidéo, partenariats locaux, campagnes thématiques
Tu seras encadré(e) par le Directeur Général, dans un management basé sur la confiance, l'autonomie et la clarté du cadre.
