Technical Sales Representative-
As the Technical Sales Representative you will be actively promoting the full range of Lifting Equipment alongside the companies safety offering.

The Ideal Person for the Technical Sales Representative??
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Area Sales Manager/technical sales/field sales representative who has an understanding or has sold Lifting Equipment.
However, individuals with experience of selling a construction product to contractors on site are encouraged to apply, as product training can be provided.
The ideal Technical Sales Representative will be hungry, tenacious, and can build relationships, whilst also being confident targeting new business.

The Role of the Customer Service Representative

The Role of the Area Sales and Regional Account Manager
As the Area Sales and Regional Account Manager you’ll be responsible for mentoring and developing the Technical Sales Representatives throughout Scotland.

The Role of the Regional Engineer
As a Regional Engineer your responsibilities will be to help develop, manage and support the business, its processes, and personnel in all the technical and engineering aspects of Temporary Works throughout the South East Region.
You’ll develop business relationships, attending meetings, manage key projects, presenting to customers and the preparation / checking of temporary works designs.
To attend site unaccompanied to offer support and guidance with regards to the kit and safety procedures

Assist in the preparation of commercial bids and financial management of projects such as Pre-Quals and Tenders.

The Ideal Person for the Regional Engineer
Will have a minimum HNC in Civil Engineering.
A minimum of 12 months design experience and the ability to check CAT 2 A Level.
Will have experience in Temporary Works.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Construction Management Associate is responsible for assisting the Construction Manager in all aspects related to a construction project.
This will include, but not be limited to, General Contracting projects, larger-scale Contracting Patch and Repair Projects, TremCares, etc.
This will involve working closely with the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, or WTI Technician assigned to the project to ensure the project is executed effectively, completed safely, and all contractual obligations are adhered to.
Additional duties will include participating in on-site meetings, developing the scope of work, reviewing proposals, specifications, and project schedules, assembling project submittals, obtaining building permits, and completing project closeout documents, as well as other duties as directed by the Construction Manager.

Close Out Stage: Assist the Construction Manager in coordinating the final inspection. Ensure all required documents are uploaded into the project files. JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This position performs various diagnostic onsite inspections for customers, as well as other inspection services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform/assist with diagnostic roof inspections, including Infrared, Nuclear, visual, & other inspection services, along with related information gathering and verification tasks.
Work with Lead Diagnostics Technician Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Assist with the Quality Control (QC) process for all diagnostic jobs, ensuring proper documentation to ensure that all work is completed accurately and that customers are satisfied. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, and in-person meetings) with customers, sales representatives, field staff, and internal company personnel on all diagnostic-related matters. Serve as a point of contact for office personnel in case of any issues related to a diagnostic problem. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times when providing services to customers. In conjunction with the Manager of Diagnostic Services, assist in training other field personnel on diagnostic tools, techniques, and processes. Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Participate in all safety trainings and complete any required documentation. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Manager of Diagnostic Services or the VP of General Services

Planning and organizational skills.
Able to juggle multiple priorities and demonstrate good task management Ability to work independently Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships Ability to climb up and down interior/exterior ladders to access roofs (minimum of 20 ft.) and carry basic hand tools, equipment and/or material up to approx.
75 lbs.
over long distances Capable of walking along rooftop edges (no fear of heights, good balance, etc.) Ability to handle prolonged exposure to outside weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.)
Benefits: The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $55,000 and $68,000.
