CATEGORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Summary:
As a Category Management Analyst at Rust-Oleum, you will play a key role in driving strategic merchandising initiatives with the Home Center accounts - Home Depot, Lowe's, and Menard's.
Your primary focus will be on optimizing planograms to enhance product visibility, customer experience, and sales performance across Home Depot stores
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Business Planning:
Assist in the development and execution of customer business plans
Integrate data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and recommendations that support category and team initiatives, including new product introductions, pricing analyses, seasonal reviews and promotional planning.
Build and maintain planograms using Blue Yonder Space Planning software.
Align planograms with Home Depot's merchandising strategy and Rust-Oleum's product assortment.
Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and safety guidelines.
Analyze planogram performance using sales, inventory, and profitability metrics.
Recommend improvements to maximize shelf productivity and customer engagement.
Collaborate with Home Depot's merchandising and space planning teams to refine category layouts.
Partner with Rust-Oleum's sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to support category initiatives.
Planogram Development & Execution:
Category Strategy & Optimization:
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Serve as a liaison between Rust-Oleum and Home Depot to ensure alignment on merchandising goals.
Participate in line reviews, store walks, and innovation center setups.
Reporting & Insights:
Provide actionable insights through data analysis and visualization.
Track planogram execution and performance across store clusters.
Support promotional planning and seasonal resets with optimized layout
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in category management, space planning, or retail analytics.
Proficiency in Blue Yonder Space Planning and Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Experience working with or supporting Home Depot is highly preferred.Salary Target Range: $65,000 - $70,000, bonus eligible

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable
Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with:
Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule
WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks
The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work
WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc.
Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification.
The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily.
Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy.
Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer.
Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed.
Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry.
Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them..
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $55,000 and $75,000.

GENERAL SUMMARY
Make all intermediates and finished products by adding specific quantities of certain raw materials and/or intermediates to a batch tank or grinding mill according to a written formula using proper batch making techniques and safe methods.
This position also requires application and monitoring of established quality procedures and methods for production batches.
Expedites and follows up changes to allow for prescribed quality standards.
Request raw materials for use in formulas.
Position requires knowledge of batch making techniques, machinery operation, scales and meter use, and formula knowledge.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Weigh and/or measure out quantities of solvents, resins, pigments (or dispersions), and additives into blending tanks or grinding mills according to a batch ticket. Tend mixing or grinding equipment and maintain control over time, heat, mix speed, etc. Upon batch completion, take product sample to QC Lab for QC checks. Check production batches by comparison to standards Make adjustments to batch as necessary Recheck batch after adjustments are made until product is within standard product specifications Use proper analytical tools to compare product to standard specs and to wet and/or dry samples Record results of comparison and record onto batch card Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion.

You’ll be:
Qualified with at least Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children & Young People (or equivalent)Experienced: minimum of 2 years in a residential setting within the last 5 years, including at least 2 years at Registered Manager levelKnowledgeable of Children’s Home Regulations, safeguarding, care planning, and multi-agency workingSkilled leader with proven ability to inspire and manage teams, monitor performance, and deliver excellent outcomesResilient and organised, able to manage complex situations and drive positive changeHolder of a full UK driving licence with at least 2 years’ experience

Typically Monday–Friday 9am–5pmShared on-call responsibilities

Adhering to the Policies and Procedures of Peter Pan Pre-School & Nursery and being vigilant to safeguarding issues and acting on them immediately by reporting any concerns to the DSL. Ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.Keeping up to date development records and observationsRecording and monitoring accident, incidents and risk assessmentsAttendance at staff meetings as arranged by the ManagerAny other duties appropriate to the post as directed by the Manager, Deputy Manager and Room Leader.
Care and supervision of the children with regard to their physical, emotional and intellectual needs.
Performing staff inductions and helping new staff to fit into the setting.Supporting the Manager in respect of supervising staff and students, conducting regular staff appraisals, recognising training needs, monitoring training and developing teamwork.Planning and preparing activities to develop all aspects of the child's individual development in a stimulating atmosphere.
This planning is to be in line with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).Organising staff in area of responsibility including staff rotas, effective mentoring of junior staff, effective delegation of duties and communication and promoting positive attitudes regarding Peter Pan Pre-School and Nursery.Being responsible for a staff team in a designated area of the setting.
