GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Tremco CPG is seeking an applicant with a demonstrated knowledge of sealant/coating formulations across multiple chemistries, with a focus on reactive, one component systems and butyl technologies, and would be responsible for all efforts regarding new developmental projects and operational and supply chain support regarding them.
The incumbent in this role will advance projects effectively once given guidance from senior leadership and communicate project updates to assist in tactical decision making regarding the area of their expertise.
They will demonstrate competency regarding adaptability, resourcefulness, collaboration, and accountability to drive projects to completion when working individually or within a group dynamic.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and supervise research projects that deliver business results
• Lead multiple project activities through a defined product development process
• Oversee the design of experiments to evaluate and optimize the performance attributes of these technologies
• Understand process capability, design selection criteria, and/or structure-property relationships for developed products
• Assure and validate proper documentation of responsible technical and experimental activities
• Present work and subject matter cross-functionally to facilitate discussion of project management
• Explores conceptual ideas to prove or disprove concepts
• Ability to travel up to 25%
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor's degree in chemistry or polymer science
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 4+ Years' experience in at least 3 of the following technologies:
• Polyurethane Technology - including MDI and IPDI Sealant Development
• Hybrid Technology - Silane Modified Polyurethane Development
• Butyl Technology - Mastic and Hot-Melt Development

Processes returns from sales field installations. Cut-backs of materials for re-work or waste stream. Moves materials via forklift to designated warehouse areas. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The CM Development Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the CM Associate program, developing Construction Management Associates for rapid advancement into Construction Manager positions.
This position will create a program curriculum to enhance roofing and contractor safety knowledge, technical roofing expertise, and roofing field-related tasks and processes, thereby helping familiarize the CM Associate with existing WTI construction processes and procedures.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Building Envelope Field Estimator will evaluate existing building envelope conditions based on visual and documented areas of deficiencies, develop a scope of work to remedy identified deficiencies, and develop budgets, estimates, and or proposals associated with building envelope repairs.
This role is responsible for converting bid documents to construction documents and communicating job scope and expectations to the field site foreman, both verbal and written.

Coordinate on-site schedules, condition requirements, and the overall phasing of work. Provide technical expertise in building envelope systems, including roofing, waterproofing, and wall systems.
Execute take-offs of construction documents Travels to project sites to review for proposal development. Coordinate with Tremco Sales Representatives and WTI Construction Manager. Skillfully prepare estimates by meticulously studying proposals, plans, specifications, and addendums by identifying labor, material, and time requirements. Conduct detailed takeoffs for building envelope repairs, guaranteeing a comprehensive grasp of the project scope. Four plus years of experience in the building envelope industry.

THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT ROLE:
Working alongside the current Management Accountant and reporting into the Group Financial Controller
Preparing monthly and annual management accounts across international offices, including commentary and insights
Supporting with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic decision support for senior management
Playing a key role in revenue recognition aligned with client contracts and relevant reporting standards
Assisting with treasury and cash management, ensuring funds are appropriately allocated across global entities
Contributing to the statutory audit for group companies, managing audit queries, and liaising with global stakeholders
Supporting intercompany accounting and agreements between multiple jurisdictions
Helping to implement enhanced financial controls and reporting processes across the group
Identifying opportunities to automate processes, simplify reporting, and improve the efficiency of the finance function
Liaising with outsourced finance teams internationally and working closely with internal project and leadership teams
THE PERSON:
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong hands-on Management Accounting experience (strong finalists will be considered)
Commercially minded, with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Experience with process improvement or financial systems automation is desirable
Confident communicator, able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholder relationships
Comfortable working in an SME environment with flexibility, adaptability, and independence
Experience with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools would be a bonus
