Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable
Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with:
Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule
WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks
The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work
WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc.
Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification.
The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily.
Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy.
Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer.
Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed.
Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry.
Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them..
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $55,000 and $75,000.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL SUMMARY
Make all intermediates and finished products by adding specific quantities of certain raw materials and/or intermediates to a batch tank or grinding mill according to a written formula using proper batch making techniques and safe methods.
This position also requires application and monitoring of established quality procedures and methods for production batches.
Expedites and follows up changes to allow for prescribed quality standards.
Request raw materials for use in formulas.
Position requires knowledge of batch making techniques, machinery operation, scales and meter use, and formula knowledge.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Weigh and/or measure out quantities of solvents, resins, pigments (or dispersions), and additives into blending tanks or grinding mills according to a batch ticket. Tend mixing or grinding equipment and maintain control over time, heat, mix speed, etc. Upon batch completion, take product sample to QC Lab for QC checks. Check production batches by comparison to standards Make adjustments to batch as necessary Recheck batch after adjustments are made until product is within standard product specifications Use proper analytical tools to compare product to standard specs and to wet and/or dry samples Record results of comparison and record onto batch card Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion.

Purpose of job:

Pettit® Paint, a division of Modern Recreational Technologies, is seeking an experienced and motivated Superyacht Business Development Manager to lead growth within the superyacht, cruise, and light-duty commercial marine sectors primarily focused on the Florida market.
This position is based in Broward County, Florida and will require living in southeast Florida.Already well-established in the yachting industry, Pettit is expanding its presence across adjacent marine segments and is looking for a skilled sales professional to help drive this strategic initiative. Inspect and oversee end user applications of Pettit topside and antifouling products on Superyachts and Light Duty commercial vessels. Develop specifications and scope of work documents for vessel owners, applicators, and service facilities. Coordinate sales efforts and strategy with marine segment sales and technical team. Conduct bi-annual growth and strategy meetings with direct buy customers. Maintain positive business relationships for long-term industry partnerships. Attend and network at industry trade shows and events. Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction. Manage CRM, monthly reporting, sales and T&E budget and customer forecasting. Provide training end-users applicators.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of previous sales and technical experience in the superyacht and/or commercial marine industry.
