An exciting requirement for an experienced DELAY ANALYST / FORENSIC PLANNER at Partner Designate level to join my client as soon as possible based from anywhere in the UK, with a view to becoming a full Partner ASAP.
My clients' main office is in Suffolk so the ability to visit there occasional will be required.
My client is heavily involved with claims and delay on a range of project types in the construction industry.
They also provide commercial support to a wide range of clients which include major developers, end users, main contractors and subcontractors.

They provide technical support to lawyers and have acted as Party Representative for construction clients on adjudicationns.
They also provide specialist construction arbitration and construction adjudication services.
THE CANDIDATE
They now have an opening for an ambitious Partner Designate Delay Analyst / Forensic Planner to join them ASAP based from anywhere in the UK to include London, Birmingham, Manchester, Suffolk, Cambridge, South East, South West, North West, North East and covering work across the UK and some further afield or from any other UK location with some requirments to visit their office in Suffolk.
You will need to be fully proficient in the the use of Primavera P6 to deal with assessment of the impact of variations on the programme.
Ideally you will also have used MS Project and ASTA too.
You will also need experience of critical path analysis, report writing and have a good eye for detail to be able to investigate why the programme of a project has become delayed.
It is essential to have previous experience of delay and ideally have experience of doing report writing etc.
plus good all round knowledge of construction technology, be Degree qualified and have excellent written and spoken English with experience gained working for a main contractors doing delay or with another firm of claims / dispute consultants.
The ideal candidate will not mind occasionally working on the odd live project too and be able to identify project difficulties and pinch points to develop a workable plan and methodology and provide programmes using specialised software to create design, procurement and construction programmes.
You may have worked on projects for building, civils, MEP, utilities and similar sectors.
Ideally you will have an outgoing personality and be able to either bring clients or get involved in business networking, business development etc.
You will ideally also have potential clients that can be brought to my client.
My client would like someone to join them for a few months as an Associate or Partner Designate before becoming a full Partner.
Initial salary in the region of £120,000 per annum plus bonus etc.

The Field Technical Representative for Facades ensures proper application of Tremco CPG Modulite products in accordance with all company and industry guidelines by providing on-site application and problem resolution.
This position works remote and supports the North Central Region.
You must be willing to travel within the region.
We prefer you live in the Minneapolis / St Paul area.
Modulite has everything you need for the construction of 2D panelized walls systems, 3D modular units and prefabricated building components.
We manufacture exterior wall panels and supply materials to modular manufacturers and panel fabricators, such as:
Sealants & adhesives
Air and weather barriers
Spray foams
Firestopping
Continuous insulation & exterior cladding
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide independent support for primary territory product lines.
Recommend products and solutions outside of primary product lines with occasional direction.
Provide site support by performing general and complex product applications.
Perform substrate analysis using specialty equipment.
Keep up-to-date technically on practical procedures, specialized techniques to apply new knowledge within the field.
Provide field support by collecting data for project or product specific testing and interpreting results.
Recommend application policies within technical literature.
Coordinate 3rd party testing certification/approvals
Provide live and/or web-based training for internal staff and/or external customers.
Create instructional hands-on demonstrations in a classroom, distributor locations, or job site settings showing application of products.
Exercise clear and confident communication of product lines and construction practices during presentation delivery.
Use relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether designs or applications comply with local codes, industry standards, and regulations.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Construction, or similar preferred.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and operational support throughout the entire order lifecycle.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and accurate order entry, contract compliance, and project setup while collaborating closely with internal departments including Sales, Contracts Management, Credit, Project Administration, Field Operations, Logistics, and Accounts Payable.
The representative acts as a liaison between external customers and internal teams, ensuring all documentation, approvals, and pricing align with company standards.
Additionally, this position supports marketing efforts and promotes data accuracy and consistent customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle high volumes of inbound calls and inquiries related to orders, project setup, and status updates. Review customer purchasing documents and submit to Legal via Outlook for compliance validation. Follow up with Contracts Management and field teams to secure outstanding contract approvals and redlined agreements. Accurately enter all orders into SAP on the same day they are received, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Communicate pertinent order and shipment information to Sales Reps and customers in a timely manner. Coordinate job site deliveries, ensuring efficient and accurate logistics scheduling. For General Contracting projects, the administrator provides WTI Superintendents with essential service orders and field report links to streamline daily reporting.
Additionally, they maintain a comprehensive tracking spreadsheet for all projects, providing up-to-date project insights.
