- Using jigs, fixtures and occasionally a turntable (bonus points if youve done this before)
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and welding symbols without scratching your head
- Pitching in with fabricating tasks where needed, because no two days are the same
TIG Welder: What were looking for
- Proven TIG Welder experience, ideally with stainless steel
- Someone who can weld thin gauge and not blow a hole through it
- Confident working from technical drawings
- Flexible with start times the shop floor often opens early (6 am onwards,) so youll need to be comfortable with that
- Positive attitude theyre far more interested in the right mindset and willingness to learn than in a perfect CV
