The primary result expected from the Lab Technician will be to complete and document performance testing of various coating attributes by making laboratory samples of paint technologies including color evaluations and color matching as well as other laboratory functions and by assisting in the development and optimization of new or existing products to support revenue growth and profits of the corporation. Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following: Monitor product quality to ensure compliance to standards and specifications.
