The Role of the Product Development Engineer
You will be involved in supporting operations and helping with running of the factory, keep drawings up to date etc…
You will be responding to customer requests & making changes and tweaks to existing products to fit their requirement
You will also be involved in new product development such as increasing power/pressure for clients - digitalisation/electrification etc… As well as designing brand new products which will be used in the future
Working with customers on prototyping, lots of project work and software development.
Doing design work on AutoCAD Inventor.
Design for Hydraulic Pumps, Motors, Valves & Systems as well as the software and controls etc...
Work within Industrial and Off Highway, Mobile OEM, Marine etc...
Writing technical reports and doing product development
Lead and oversee new product development projects
The Ideal Person for the Product Development Engineer
Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline - ideally a masters within Mechanical, Mechatronic, Integrated, Systems Engineering or maybe Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Good Mechanical knowledge with ideally some knowledge around embedded electronics, software programming etc...
May consider a straight or recent graduate at the bottom end of the salary scale, though happy with experienced person at the top end.
Great if have design exp with Autodesk Inventor but MUST have design experience, not just a draughtsman.
Able to design and create technical products.
Consider good design/product development experience within any Mechanical products such as Pneumatics, Pumps, Valves, Motors, Gearboxes etc...
Good communications, team player, good eye for detail, driven, ability to write reports.

Rust-Oleum Corporation is a worldwide leader in protective paints and coatings for both home and industry.

Pay: $23-$26/hour.

The primary result expected from the Lab Technician will be to complete and document performance testing of various coating attributes by making laboratory samples of paint technologies including color evaluations and color matching as well as other laboratory functions and by assisting in the development and optimization of new or existing products to support revenue growth and profits of the corporation. Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following: Monitor product quality to ensure compliance to standards and specifications. Develop an understanding with supervision of the fundamentals of coatings technology. Compile results of tests and analyses. Set up and conduct experiments, tests, and analyses using standard paint test procedures and physical and chemical techniques. Conduct chemical and physical laboratory tests to assist scientists in making qualitative and quantitative analyses of solids, liquids, and gaseous materials, and document all experimental results. Ensure hazardous waste storage or accumulation containers remain sealed except during the addition or removal of waste. 5.
Ensure Hazardous Waste storage containers are clearly labeled "Hazardous Waste." 6.
Care must be exercised when introducing waste into the satellite accumulation drum.
Do not drop on floor or area.
In the case of any spilled material, spills or drops shall be cleaned up immediately. 7.
When 55 gallons has accumulated, the satellite accumulation container must be moved to a permanent hazardous waste storage area within 3 days and relabeled "Hazardous Waste." REQUISITE SKILL, EDUCATION, OR OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: 1.
Knowledge and understanding of the chemical characteristics of the wastes which they are assigned to handle or control (i.e., flammability, toxics, incompatibilities, etc.). 2.

Role Overview of the Piping Design Engineer
The Piping Design Engineer will be responsible for the design, layout, and development of process piping systems across a range of projects.
This includes developing 3D models, producing fabrication drawings, supporting construction activities, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
You will collaborate closely with process, mechanical, structural, and civil engineers, as well as project managers and clients, to deliver safe, cost-effective, and high-quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop piping layouts and 3D models using CAD/plant design software (e.g., AutoCAD Plant 3D, SolidWorks, E3D, or PDMS).
Prepare piping general arrangements (GAs), isometric drawings, and pipe support details.
Generate material take-offs (MTOs) and piping line lists, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
Conduct piping flexibility and stress analysis in collaboration with mechanical engineers.
Ensure designs comply with relevant codes and standards (ASME B31.3, EN 13480, etc.) and client specifications.
Coordinate with process engineers to confirm line sizing, materials of construction, and tie-in points.
Interface with equipment vendors for nozzle orientation, connection details, and layout integration.
Support hazard reviews (HAZOP, HAZID) and design reviews.
Provide technical support during construction, commissioning, and site visits as required.
Contribute to continuous improvement in design methods, quality, and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
3-8 years of experience in piping design within an engineering consultancy or EPC environment.
Proven experience in chemical, food & beverage, or industrial plant design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Plant 3D, SolidWorks, or equivalent CAD/3D design software.
Familiarity with piping codes, materials, and specifications (ASME, ISO, BS, etc.).
Strong understanding of process plant layouts, valve selection, and equipment integration.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable:
Experience with stress analysis software (e.g., CAESAR II).
Knowledge of hygienic design principles for food and beverage applications.
Familiarity with project execution in regulated industries.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The In Studio Videographer creates leading edge, compelling, branded videos for online use, corporate presentations, and tradeshow displays.
The Videographer will accomplish the bulk of the technical tasks related to production, post-production and subject matter including but not limited to product and company promotional videos, customer testimonials, and product application techniques as well as transport, set up, equipment operation, staging, set preparation, dressing, etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create cutting edge styled product videos for e-commerce, Amazon or social media platforms.
Translate ideas into storyboards, based on direction from marketing leadership.
Shoot and edit video footage, including syncing to music and other audio, as well as creation of motion graphics and effects.
Transport, set-up, and operate various production equipment including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, props, and microphones for location and studio production.
Assist with pop-up marketing labs which include working with sales regions to develop digital content.
Assist with staging, set preparation and dressing.
Work with outside editors and crews when necessary.
Operate and care for camera equipment in accordance with all company standards and safety best practices.
Operate and maintain proper calibration levels for cameras, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment.
Collaborate with members of the creative team and key stakeholders as appropriate.
Create templates and ensure graphic solutions and look/feel are consistent with brand and style guidelines.
Manage the company YouTube and Vimeo sites, creating descriptions and optimizing pages.
Create social media content in partnership with the digital marketing team to promote key/desired content.
Articulate and present creative ideas to business partners
Set up and operate computer editing systems, electronic titling systems, video switching equipment, and digital video effects units to produce a final product.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Four-year degree in video/media production or related field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
2 -4 years of direct experience with video production with an agency or equivalent
Experience working with third-party vendors.
Styling experience a plus
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Marketing Software and other related HubSpot certifications preferred
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to create video graphics, edit footage, produce, and upload optimized video files.
Demonstrated ability to think conceptually, stay on top of current digital trends and push the envelope by consistently bringing new ideas to the table.
Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively with engineers and jobsite personnel.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid creative environment.
Attention to detail and consistent follow-through a must.
Solid working understanding of Tremco Branding and Products to ensure directed storytelling.
An understanding of Tremco Sales Points (Sales Force, Case Studies, One-Stop-Shop).
Familiarity with construction terms and visiting jobsites following all safety rules and regulations.
Ability to manage several timetables successfully in a collaborative environment including but not limited to video projects, schedules, and deadlines.
Solid understanding of typography and a clean design aesthetic.
Expert hands-on knowledge in:
Graphics or photo imaging software - Adobe Systems Adobe After Effects; Adobe Systems Adobe Illustrator; Adobe Systems Adobe Photoshop software
Music or sound editing software - Avid Digidesign Pro Tools
