Essential Functions:
Direct responsibility for Profit and Loss within the District, including weekly Accounts Receivable follow up.
Hire, train, develop, motivate, and shape image of Territory Managers.
Conduct quarterly TM plan and review sessions.
Spends four days per week in the field with TM's calling on Stonhard customers.

Familiar with specific account base or general markets.
Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of Salesforce (SFA) and its uses.
Spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field with TMs calling on Stonhard customers.

Ability to relocate to the area with Stonhard's standard relocation package if needed.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Building Envelope Field Estimator will evaluate existing building envelope conditions based on visual and documented areas of deficiencies, develop a scope of work to remedy identified deficiencies, and develop budgets, estimates, and or proposals associated with building envelope repairs.
This role is responsible for converting bid documents to construction documents and communicating job scope and expectations to the field site foreman, both verbal and written.

Attend pre-bids and develop photo documentation and field dimension records.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for investigating and analyzing building envelope failures and suggesting long-term repairs.
Conduct building envelope condition assessments, forensic investigations, and failure analysis to determine the root cause of problems and develop appropriate remediation strategies.
Coordinate on-site schedules, condition requirements, and the overall phasing of work.
Provide technical expertise in building envelope systems, including roofing, waterproofing, and wall systems.
Execute take-offs of construction documents
Travels to project sites to review for proposal development.
Coordinate with Tremco Sales Representatives and WTI Construction Manager.
Skillfully prepare estimates by meticulously studying proposals, plans, specifications, and addendums by identifying labor, material, and time requirements.
Conduct detailed takeoffs for building envelope repairs, guaranteeing a comprehensive grasp of the project scope.
Assemble and present estimates with precision, incorporating numerical and descriptive information.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Four plus years of experience in the building envelope industry.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and/or CAD drawings.
Ability to travel to managed local job sites weekly or as required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Teams.
Familiarity with Project Management Software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently, follow through on assignments with minimal direction, set priorities that accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities, and perform under deadlines with frequent interruptions.
1-3 years of construction estimation experience.
Personal commitment to safety, integrity, and continual professional development.

Job Title: Legal Assistant and PA to Partner
Location: Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (7.5 hours per day plus a 30-minute lunch)
Annual Leave: 22 days + bank holidays

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Assistant and PA to join the team and support a Partner within a busy department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing correspondence, legal documents, and court papers
- Audio and copy typing of legal documentation to a high standard (approx.
50% of your time will be spent typing)
- Proactive client liaison handling messages, passing on information, and dealing with simple queries
- Maintaining an organised filing system
- Preparing indexes and bundles, including electronic bundles
- Carrying out administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and collating documents
- Supporting the Partner with any additional duties as required
Person Specification
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Legal Secretary (ideally within Personal Injury)
- Knowledge of relevant software applications (ideally Proclaim)
- Understanding of Personal Injury processes and procedures
- Excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills
- Strong typing skills (approx.
50% of time)
- Proven ability to produce legal documents and correspondence to a high standard
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- IT literacy (e.g.
Microsoft Office)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
- Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative approach
- Strong work ethic with a polite and helpful manner

They are seeking an experienced OIC Portal Legal Advisor to join their expanding team.
In this role, you will manage a caseload of fast-track RTA cases through all stages of the OIC portal.
Our ideal candidate is a skilled negotiator with a proven track record in handling Fast Track RTA claims and possesses excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for a high volume caseload of Fast Track Personal Injury RTA Portal claims, following the OIC process, making use of the firms Case Management Systems and using the agreed internal procedures and practices
- To progress your caseload in a manner to ensure that clients receive appropriate, professional, timely and pertinent legal advice, with regular contact, whilst managing their expectations
- To identify early those cases where proceedings would be tactically beneficial to litigate and to do so expeditiously
- Take a practical but commercial approach to settlements and advising clients as to litigation/cost risks
- To achieve and exceed various targets set in relation to settlements and issuing, without compromising the firms integrity
- To liaise appropriately and timely with sources, medical agencies, experts, third party insurers and other relevant parties to ensure that cases are pro-actively progressed
- Where necessary, and in accordance with the firms internal policies and procedures, to instruct Barristers to represent clients at hearings and obtain formal Advice over issues of quantum
- Perform to a high level in a target-orientated environment
Experience & Knowledge
- Previous experience of managing your own caseload of Fast Track RTA claims, or hands on experience of managing tasks relating to such cases
- Excellent negotiator with strong communication skills
- Competent working with a case management system and good knowledge of MS Office
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Focus on delivering quality service to clients and the firm
