My client is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their established and supportive team in Leamington Spa.
Whether youre newly qualified or have a few years under your belt, this is a great opportunity to work on a varied caseload with direct client contact and clear progression opportunities.
Youll be working with a wide range of clients including developers, investors, landlords and tenants across acquisitions, disposals, leases, and general commercial property matters.
Salary will be £35k-£45k and there are a range of excellent benefits including hybrid working options.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of commercial property files (with supervision as needed for NQ level).
- Handle freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
- Draft, negotiate and complete leases, licences, and associated documents.
- Assist with property aspects of development projects and commercial finance transactions.
- Conduct due diligence, title reviews and property searches.
- Work closely with other teams (e.g.
corporate, litigation, planning) on cross-departmental matters.
- Provide clear, commercially focused advice to clients.
- Support business development and build long-term client relationships.
- Start to build your own client base through referrals, networking, and the development of a professional reputation.
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients and referrers, promoting loyalty and repeat business.
- Attend networking and industry events to raise the profile of the firm.
