Summary:
The Strategic Project Manager is responsible for the broad set of activities required to drive and complete strategic product development and launch initiatives for their assigned product line(s).
This position manages small and medium strategic initiatives which are part of the product platform's 5-year strategic plan coordinating across functions and ensuring timely and successful completion of projects.
The Strategic Project Manager is an integral part of the larger Product Management team and reports to the Director of Project Management.
Responsibilities:
Lead strategic projects to support the growth and profitability of Rust-Oleum with goal to deliver 10%+ CAGR or 3X market pace for assigned product. Manage and execute small and medium strategic projects envisaged in the 3-5 year strategic platform plan including inorganic portfolio expansion. Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met alongside Product and Marketing teams.
Build partnerships and collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, R&D, and Marketing to ensure timely execution of projects. Own the Stage Gate new product development process focused on bringing innovative products to the market in a timely manner. Track project costs in order to meet budget and evaluate the changes in ROI due to changes in project scope or timeline. Communicate project timelines, issues, and results in an effective manner. Adjust priorities on an ad hoc basis as external clients require changes. Understand regulatory requirements/legislation impacting project delivery and recommends controls and/or practices to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field. 6-8+ years of relevant work experience; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification not required but a plus Strong interpersonal skills, organizational impact, and ability to manage projects and mentor people while promoting Rust-Oleum's culture. Strong decision making and prioritization skills, especially when multiple trade-offs are involved, and faster decisions are required. High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, time-management, organizational, communication and reasoning skills. Must be able to create effective solutions while maintaining positive relationship.

Use the current optimization process to procure finished goods, raw materials and components for use in paint or paint-related materials..
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and purchase finished goods, raw materials, and components by analyzing MRP and forecast reports to determine optimal order quantity and date required. Review daily exception messages generated by MRP system and maintain the optimization process for all finished goods, raw materials, and components with respective MRP group. Maintain vendor relationships by following up on delivery dates, reconciling invoicing issues, and dealing with quality issues. Support product-to-market process by working with Sourcing, Marketing, Finance, as well as external vendors to ensure the on-time launch of new products.
Such tasks include the set-up of artwork, bills of material, information records, source lists, and costing. Analyze subcontract purchase price variance (PPV) by running PPV reports and reporting on favorable/unfavorable PPV.
Fix costing & bill of material errors identified in the analysis process. Conduct on-site vendor physical inventories by meeting schedule set by Purchasing Manager.
Obtain counts from vendors, create spreadsheets to analyze, and perform SAP transactions to reconcile counts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree required 3-5 years experience as a Buyer (or similar role) in a corporate environment Knowledge of Materials Requirements Planning systems (MRP) & SAP experience is strongly desired Advanced skill level of MS Excel and MS Word Effective written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Salary Target Range: $60,000 - $70,000, bonus eligible

Overview
This role is required to provide critical support to RPM's Center-led Procurement Team in successfully achieving its strategic objectives and furthering the development of our central Procurement model.
With the continued expansion of the Procurement team's scope of work across RPM, this position will enable the enterprise to provide valuable data analytics to Procurement teams across the RPM organization.
Reporting to the Procurement Process Manager, this role carries great visibility within the organization and will manage important systems to provide market reporting and analytics to support strategic decision making within the Procurement function.

The position is a key member of the Center Led Procurement team and works closely with RPM's IT team and Global Service Centers for key project & reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
-This role is responsible for: Providing market reporting and analytics to senior Procurement leaders within RPM. Driving the digital enhancement of manual reporting and analytics in coordination with central IT function. The implementation of Source to Contract software platforms and introduction of new Sourcing processes with Directors of Strategic Sourcing for Direct and Indirect spend. Leading relationships with key third party supply chain and sourcing platforms. Managing digital RFP generation enabling more effective supplier submission, process management and savings execution. Tracking chemicals market data, reports, trends and outlook with analytics linking impacts to key category feed stocks. Analysis of material cost forecasts and internal material cost modelling analysis utilizing external market data inputs to provide increased transparency on costs. Proactive and formalized support of Procurement team on analytical and digital solutions to support strategy development. The identification and launch of new Procurement savings projects through increased data quality and quantity. Benchmarking RPM's processes against industry practices to identify and implement improvements.
Experience
Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics or a related field in Business or Supply Chain. At least five years' experience in data management or analytics, preferably a multinational organization with a background in Procurement or Supply Chain. Leading and coordinating Data Systems and / or Project Management activities which are complex and diverse in nature, working with multiple stakeholders across different business functions. Proven record of developing and implementing process improvements which are beneficial, measurable and sustainable. Knowledge of chemical feed stocks and forecasting would be advantageous.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong data analytics skills developed over time through a combination of practical and academic learning Experienced in handling large, complex data sets and proven skills in problem solving. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to key stakeholders at all levels. Track record of supporting Procurement, Supply Chain or a Project-related function as measured by project execution and specified deliverables. Focused on delivering defined personal and business objectives to enable the organization to achieve targeted goals. Process-oriented approach to work ensuring progress is measurable in order to monitor progress. Overview
This role is required to provide critical support to RPM's Center-led Procurement Team in successfully achieving its strategic objectives and furthering the development of our central Procurement model.
With the continued expansion of the Procurement team's scope of work across RPM, this position will enable the enterprise to provide valuable data analytics to Procurement teams across the RPM organization.
Reporting to the Procurement Process Manager, this role carries great visibility within the organization and will manage important systems to provide market reporting and analytics to support strategic decision making within the Procurement function.

The position is a key member of the Center Led Procurement team and works closely with RPM's IT team and Global Service Centers for key project & reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
-This role is responsible for: Providing market reporting and analytics to senior Procurement leaders within RPM. Driving the digital enhancement of manual reporting and analytics in coordination with central IT function. The implementation of Source to Contract software platforms and introduction of new Sourcing processes with Directors of Strategic Sourcing for Direct and Indirect spend. Leading relationships with key third party supply chain and sourcing platforms. Managing digital RFP generation enabling more effective supplier submission, process management and savings execution. Tracking chemicals market data, reports, trends and outlook with analytics linking impacts to key category feed stocks. Analysis of material cost forecasts and internal material cost modelling analysis utilizing external market data inputs to provide increased transparency on costs. Proactive and formalized support of Procurement team on analytical and digital solutions to support strategy development. The identification and launch of new Procurement savings projects through increased data quality and quantity. Benchmarking RPM's processes against industry practices to identify and implement improvements.
Experience
Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics or a related field in Business or Supply Chain. At least five years' experience in data management or analytics, preferably a multinational organization with a background in Procurement or Supply Chain. Leading and coordinating Data Systems and / or Project Management activities which are complex and diverse in nature, working with multiple stakeholders across different business functions. Proven record of developing and implementing process improvements which are beneficial, measurable and sustainable. Knowledge of chemical feed stocks and forecasting would be advantageous.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong data analytics skills developed over time through a combination of practical and academic learning Experienced in handling large, complex data sets and proven skills in problem solving. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to key stakeholders at all levels. Track record of supporting Procurement, Supply Chain or a Project-related function as measured by project execution and specified deliverables. Focused on delivering defined personal and business objectives to enable the organization to achieve targeted goals. Process-oriented approach to work ensuring progress is measurable in order to monitor progress. Senior Social Media Creative Strategist - Surrey / £32K + Bonus (OTE £40K)
A fast-growing digital agency with teams in the UK and US is seeking a Senior Social Media Creative Strategist to lead the creative direction for a diverse portfolio of creators and influencers.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard new creators and define their brand positioning and creative strategy
Build growth roadmaps and ensure creators have the tools and support to execute
Provide ongoing feedback and creative direction to talent
Collaborate with editors and cameramen to bring content ideas to life
Develop fresh, trend-driven content ideas across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Manage creator campaigns end-to-end, including performance tracking and reporting
Lead and mentor a small creative team (currently three assistants)
Oversee scriptwriting and idea generation to ensure content remains engaging and on-brand
Act as a client-facing strategist, working directly with creators and partner agencies
Skills & Experience
2+ years' experience in social media, creative strategy, or digital marketing (agency or creator-focused preferred)
Strong platform knowledge: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels
Proven ability to build creative strategies that drive growth and engagement
Experience working directly with creators and providing constructive feedback
Understanding of content production, scripting, filming setups, and editing workflows
Confident mentoring junior team members and managing multiple projects
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Flexible with working hours and time zones
Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven

The Role of the (Robotics Key Account Manager)
Selling robots for use within the factory automation environment including Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Automotive etc…
Working across all industries but also looking after a few Key Accounts that are more demanding who are based in the Midlands and are within the Automotive and General Industrial markets
Need to make sure Key Accounts are maintained, understand their requirements, do quotes, help with technical support etc...
Also covering a patch, either North or South depending on where the person is based
Will also visit customers and look for new business, highlighting the benefits of their robots compared to other manufacturers
Discussing technical aspects and benefits of Robots, solutions selling and pulling in the right support networks to sell including system integrators to help with the integration
Orders from £20k-£250k with a target or circa 20 robots per year.
Lead times up to 22 weeks or sometimes longer – this is a CAPITAL EQUIPMENT sell
30-40% account management and 60-70% new business/increasing the spend in current accounts
The Ideal Person for the (Robotics Key Account Manager)
Ideally someone from the Automation industry who can understand and talk generally around Automation
MUST have some understanding of Robots/Robotics
Customers are looking for solutions so will need to be able to understand their requirements and talk around the technical aspects with them
MUST be able to sell CAPITAL EQUIPMENT & understand the longer lead times and lower order numbers
Consider people from System Integrator background
No qualification required, but an engineering qualification would be a benefit
