DAP is looking to hire Marketing Technology Manager in our Marketing Team at our corporate office in Baltimore, MD.
The Marketing Technology Manager is key to advancing DAP's digital transformation.
The role focuses on the exploration, evaluation, and implementation of cutting-edge marketing technologies, including automation, email marketing, and AI-based personalization tools, to create scalable and impactful marketing solutions.
The position also drives the continuous improvement and evolution of critical systems like Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM), ensuring seamless integration and higher organizational efficiency. Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Execution & Technology Integration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement a strategic digital roadmap, aligned with DAP's mission of improving the professional and consumer digital experience. Manage and optimize DAP's marketing technology stack, evaluating emerging tools such as AI-powered platforms to enhance personalization and user engagement. Lead the evaluation and technical integration of new platforms, such as marketing automation tools, analytics systems, and advanced website solutions, while ensuring seamless coordination with IT and external partners.
Exploration & Implementation of Marketing Technologies
Research and recommend tools for automation, email marketing, and personalization that align with organizational needs and future growth initiatives. Lead the rollout of selected tools, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and effective adoption across teams. Stay informed on emerging industry trends and technologies to maintain DAP's position as an industry leader. Analytics & Reporting Leverage data from DAP's Martech platforms to generate actionable insights, refining marketing campaigns and enhancing customer engagement strategies. Establish robust metrics and reporting systems to measure the performance of tools, systems, and campaigns against departmental KPIs. Provide regular reporting to leadership on the impact of marketing technology initiatives and recommend improvements based on data trends.
Product Information & Digital Asset Management
Drive improvements in PIM and DAM systems to enhance data accuracy and increase content accessibility organization-wide. Oversee data integration workflows and ensure alignment between internal platforms and external systems. Act as a liaison between IT, marketing, and external vendors to maintain and support these systems.
Team Training & Vendor Management

Desired Skills and Experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Information Technology, Data Sciences, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 6+ years in digital marketing or marketing technology roles, focusing on Martech exploration, evaluation, and implementation. At least 2+ years in a leadership capacity, with expertise in managing data-driven systems integrations. Experience improving PIM and DAM systems, with a focus on data workflows and content accessibility.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in marketing platforms, including automation tools, CRM systems, and AI-driven technologies. The Field Support Specialist works closely with the Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to support and increase the sales activity in the Sales Representative's region.
Maintains accounts through prospecting, closing, and providing solid market presence including serving customers.
Developing Business
Preparing and/or distributing marketing materials Inspection and evaluation of the property Preparing roof drawings and sketches Preparing scope of work documents Preparing proposals Attending sales calls Pricing patch and repair jobs Providing technical expertise Attending meetings with the architect, contractor and/or owner
Managing Accounts
Identifying, analyzing, resolving problems Preparing reports to owners regarding the condition of roofs. Project site visits to monitor installation of Tremco roofing products Identification of any aspect of installation that does not comply with specifications Review and resolve concerns of architects, contractors and owners regarding Tremco's installation instructions Coordinating visits with contractors Preparing reports on progress and problems for the Sales Representative. QA/ QA+ inspections Tremcare Gold Service (periodic visual inspection with minor repairs being addressed where detected on Tremco warranted roofs only). Identifying and troubleshooting problems arising during installation and the lifecycle of the roof
May occasionally perform patch and repair work for small leaks that can be performed quickly after identifying the leak and other infrequent, limited physical labor.
May also perform minor maintenance (caulking, flashing touch up, applying small amounts of mastic, removing debris, etc.) to prevent potential leaks.

This work may include but is not limited to:

Education and/or Experience:
Minimum: Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or combination of education and experience. Must have a minimum of two to three years of related hands-on experience and/or training in a similar role. Prior sales and/or customer related experience in roofing industry required.
Qualifications:
Thorough understanding and application of roofing and waterproofing contracting standards. Experience with MS Word, Excel and familiarity with CADD Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business and technical information, e.g.
professional journals and periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to draft reports, business correspondence and similar documents. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, contractors, and architects. Ability to communicate business and technical information (e.g.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $60,000 and $80,000.

This role provides the opportunity to drive assigned brands in the consumer cleaning segment.
Job Purpose

You will manage a strategic digital-first brand and use consumer insights, category/competitive data, and business analytics to craft and implement breakthrough marketing initiatives that create a competitive brand advantage and supports the company's strategic and financial objectives.
This position will develop brand strategy, new product innovation roadmaps, approve marketing communications, creative, and content.
This position is part of the Cleaners platform and reports to Director, Product Management.
Responsibilities
Subject Matter Expertise
Deep understanding of the consumer, category, product and emerging trends within household cleaners Experience with EPA registered products a plus Familiarity with eCommerce and online merchandising a plus
Brand Branding & Go-To-Market Strategy
Drive commercialization and brand activation efforts working with cross-functional departments, including Communications and Trade.
Partner with Insights team on market research and Category Management, available category reports to monitor competitive activity Partner with Strategic Communications & Demand Generation to develop brand-building, digital-first marketing campaigns Work closely with Sales team to align customer strategies Work closely with platform Digital Hub on Social Strategy to build assigned brand
Product Portfolio Management & New Product Development
Assist with developing assigned portions of the annual Marketing Plan, Long-Term Plan, Operating Plan and Growth & Strategy presentation. Own current brand performance and actionable 1-3 year business plan Own the P&L of designated platform, balancing cost and growth opportunities to achieve profitability and growth targets. Manage product line performance analysis, trends, insights and feedback to identify opportunities to promote and grow a winning brand portfolio Build business cases including market opportunity, investments, profitability and growth projections Manage new product launches through stage gate process Collaborate with the Pricing team to create and maintain the pricing strategy for the product, aiming at maximizing profitability while staying market competitive Lead insight-driven innovation to improve product range, collaborating with R&D, Operations, Sales, etc to ensure alignment with the brand strategy
Qualifications
Education: 4-year BS degree in business or engineering, with an MBA degree an advantage
Experience: 10+ years of experience in brand management with product management experience in innovation/new product development; 5+ years of which spent in Cleaners category
Team Management: 5+ years of managing direct reports
A successful track record of driving profitable growth
Analytic and strategic thinking, with ability to digest complex information and make data-driven decisions
Strong financial acumen to analyze multiple aspects of product line performance, can successfully budget and forecast, and understand cost implications of decisions
Ability to influence both formally and informally across functions
Creative thinking and solution-oriented mindset

Finance Transformation and Compliance Lead
Snodland
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
KHR are working in collaboration with a leading global business focused on sustainability, continuous improvement and employee growth, who are looking to hire a Finance Transformation and Compliance Lead to join their Kent team.
As Finance Transformation and Compliance Lead, you'll lead key finance projects, ensure compliance, standardise controls, and drive improvements.
Role and Responsibilities of the Finance Transformation and Compliance Lead
- Manage and contribute to finance projects, including SOX compliance, sustainability reporting, and finance-transformation
- Ensure SOX compliance is achieved by setting deadlines across all sites
- Advise Financial Controllers on SOX improvement potentials and cost implications
- Harmonise controls and processes across sites to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct risk and vulnerability analyses to identify potential areas of concern
- Assist in developing and enhancing the auditability of sustainability reporting
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for finance initiatives
- Stay updated with relevant regulations and ensure compliance across all sites
- Develop and automate financial reporting to improve accuracy and timeliness
Candidate Profile
- Strong foundation in SOX compliance and a proven track record of success
- Versatile and proactive approach to managing multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyse complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in risk assessment and vulnerability analysis
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting standards and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and automation
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

Responsibilities and accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Assist the DC Manager and team members at the distribution center and nearby manufacturing plant with all relative inventory controls as set forth by the established procedures. Interface and communicate with Corporate Operations team on varying issues and concerns.
Prepare and understand accurate inventory levels on computer platform. Review internal controls and ensure compliance. Analyze and establish stocking levels to align with sales needs. Conduct periodic cycle counts as needed. Serve as key participant in the biannual physical inventory. Assist the manager in cost reduction control and overall process improvement projects. Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in an inventory control/and or supervisory/management capacity, preferably in an industrial setting.
