They are now seeking an Associate Solicitor (1-4 years PQE) to advise on a broad range of family law matters, with a particular focus on private children work.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while working closely with Partners and Senior Associates on complex and high-net-worth disputes.
This role suits someone who is commercially minded, solutions-driven, and confident handling both litigation and non-court dispute resolution.
Experience across children and finance matters is essential, with stronger emphasis on children work.
Key responsibilities:
- Advise and represent clients in private children and financial remedy matters.
- Prepare legal documents, manage litigation, and liaise with counsel and experts.
- Maintain accurate files and ensure full compliance with professional standards.
- Support marketing and business development through content and events.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with 1-4 years PQE in family law.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Commercially aware, organised, and collaborative.
- Confident with family law software (e.g.
