As a Maintenance Mechanic you will keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of the facility in repair by Pipe fitting; boiler making; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs. Here's what you can expect every day: Repair and maintain machinery and equipment including pumps, motors, filling and packaging equipment, conveyors, palletizers, piping, valves, tanks, agitators, drives, gearboxes, and utilities. Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices. Perform inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements as well as to ensure equipment reliability. Work with filling line operators to efficiently change over line equipment for different label, container, and packaging sizes. Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) on the filling lines by Pareto analysis of OEE data and implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools to reduce downtime. Maintain all operating equipment in satisfactory condition.
Schedule needed repairs to have minimum interference with operations.
Troubleshoot/repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner. Comply with company safety rules and procedures.
Complete daily and shift clean up tasks. Communicate results/ concerns/ issues with supervisor and co-workers.
Ensure shift to shift hand-off is complete. Support and complete small capital projects. Required Experience:
3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environment; preferably in chemical/paint manufacturing High School Diploma or equivalent Must have expertise in packaging equipment, plumbing, and pipefitting, with skills in electrical work and instrument calibration considered a definite plus Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex packaging and material-handling equipment is required Ability to do basic math. Accurately enter and retrieve computer data. Ability to operate machinery Ability to solve problems in a team environment. Active participation in our Continuous Improvement Process. Principal Accountabilities

Support the HR department to deliver employee engagement actions. Ensure accurate data is maintained within all HR information systems by regular audits and cross checks against trackers. Maintain employee information ERP system. Function as a liaison between vendors and employees and advises employees on eligibility, coverage and other benefits matters, including monthly insurance reports and audits. Coordinate annual Open Enrollment. Maintain and assist with all employee compliance trainings and Oracle records management. Champion the Employee Self Service (ESS) through Oracle managing the information entry process and ensuring that all new employees are enrolled in the system. Coordinate all Cooperative Education and Intern candidates. Manage the Employee Service Award Program. Analyze processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration preferred.
Two years prior experience in human resources, preferred. PHR or SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHMR-SCP, preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication, oral and written, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on soft skills. Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office 365. Benefits and Compensation
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $53,000 and $55,000.
The range is an estimate based on potential employee qualification operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law. Essential Functions:
Meets or exceed Stonhard's minimum activity standards for quotes and orders as set by Stonhard sales management.
Perform project manager responsibilities at the installation site and coordinate the work to be performed with an approved Stonhard installation crew/CMG (requires occasional weekend and holiday work). Maintains accurate files and records involving Stonhard accounts through Stonhard's Salesforce CRM system. Monitors customers' accounts receivables and is responsible for the follow-up of same.
Minimum Requirements:
Two (2) plus related experience, preferably in industrial, construction or commercial industry. Spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field with Stonhard customers. Required travel can be up to 50%/time in the field. Ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions. Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills. Must be very flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment. A proven ability to manage projects and clearly communicate key project tasks. Must be computer literate with experience using technology and customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com), and Microsoft 365. You must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct region's WTI personnel and work cross-functionally with other Tremco and WTI external and internal departments to maximize efforts and results in sales, compliance, safety, and profitability.
Serve as a liaison between headquarters and the field to ensure effective two-way communication and achieve positive results.
Develop an ongoing strategy to manage and grow existing business within existing markets and with all new strategic markets developed by WTI or Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance management.
Assess daily operational situations to identify potential crisis management, safety, and escalation protocols. Determine solutions to project issues, including but not limited to field resource management, workload balance, job site conditions, and product management issues. Travel to job sites as needed to provide support to regional resources, including rooftop projects.
Travel to customer or sales meetings as needed to support business or regional activities.
Manage all WTI personnel in the assigned region, with personnel numbers ranging from 10 to over 100, depending on the region's sales volume. Develop regional resources for daily operations, growth, and employee development.
Identify resource or employee concerns and resolve them promptly, engaging the appropriate HR or WTI management as needed.
Ensure that documentation on employee issues is submitted promptly to the HR department.
Act as an agent of change and improvement, and adapt quickly to changing business priorities. Manage regional financial data, including identifying trends, correcting utilization, and addressing issues related to gross margin and/or operating income.
Review individual job financials and make necessary adjustments to address poor performance and prevent recurring problems.
Forecast, analyze, and report on sales, establishing financial performance metrics.
Define criteria for success and provide leadership to achieve regional team goals.
