The role will provide the lead in a strategic transformation programme; driving the design, development & implementation of robust asset management frameworks, policies & governance structures.
You will lead critical change initiatives that optimise asset performance, reduce lifecycle costs & align operating models with internationally recognised best practices.
If you have experience with lifecycle planning, operational integration, system & operating model change, PRINCE2, PMP, APM, developing AM strategies, policies & hierarchies, with a background in real estate, property or infrastructure & a proven track record in asset management transformation, I'm keen to hear from you!
Position: Property Asset Management - Project Manager
Purpose: As an Asset Management Project Manager, you will play a central role in the strategic transformation programme, driving the design, development & implementation of robust asset management frameworks, policies, & governance structures.
You will lead critical change initiatives that optimise asset performance, reduce lifecycle costs, & align operating model with internationally recognised best practices.

Candidates should possess similar hands-on experience in Property Asset Management - Project Manager working within a real estate, property or infrastructure environment.

We are searching for a Product Marketing Manager to help grow the DAP brand.
In this integral role, you'll connect strategy to DIY and Professional end-users to bring innovative products to market.
The responsibilities of this position include:
Responsibilities:
Direct market research and market intelligence gathering to ensure understanding of applications, users, competition and market trends.
Analyze and leverage data and insights to develop and formulate category and product recommendations. Conduct early-stage opportunity assessment, ideation and concept development for a new product opportunity from ideation to market launch Manage product portfolio to develop and promote new products and optimize and grow existing product lines Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, business developments and market trends to identify strategic opportunities and ensure product offering is properly positioned Developing product roadmaps for key product segments Driving new product development activities through Stage-Gate product management and market research Ensuring profitability within the assigned market segments, including supporting the product commercialization process Define and develop product positioning, messaging, feature specifications, unique selling proposition and pricing strategies Execute packaging process to ensure products are marketed at lowest possible cost and in accordance with corporate branding strategies, as well as executing the development, design and production of literature, signage and marketing materials Conduct presentations to internal teams and key strategic retail accounts
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business preferred At least 2+ years product management experience Consumer Packaged Goods and/or Hardware & Home Improvement industry experience Experience developing new products for market including definition of concepts, positioning, features, benefits and pricing Ability to understand consumer needs and market research and translate these into successful new product offerings and product improvements Ability to utilize data and analytics to make informed business decisions Demonstrated success managing multiple product launch cycles, from idea generation to product delivery Significant record of consistent accomplishment and outstanding results Profit & loss management Ability to juggle, structure and lead complex projects, monitor progress against key milestones and deliver on time and on budget Ability to develop and structure consumer communication that resonates with target audience High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and ERP Systems (SAP, Business Objects, etc.) There is 25% travel (local, regional and national) associated with this position

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Hands-on leader to oversee and manage a team of assembly workers to ensure efficient, high-quality production of EIFS panels while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Demonstrate ownership and accountability for developing, growing, and continuously improving a strategic value stream to meet sales demand and volume expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and manage daily work/production schedules, allocate resources, and manage the workflow to ensure efficiency, timely completion of orders, and adherence to production targets.
Lead Tier 1 meetings and support Tier 2/3 meetings daily/weekly.
Plan and schedule production runs based on customer demand and agreed-upon delivery dates.
Prepare and coordinate front-end set-up and planning to ensure smooth operations to meet daily production targets.
Monitor the assembly process and workflow as well as staging and packaging to identify potential issues, resolve production problems, address employee questions, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and meet quality specifications.
Recommend capital investments to automate processes.
Oversee the maintenance, repair, and set-up of production equipment to ensure maximum operating efficiency.
Work with Quality Control to conduct quality checks on completed panels to validate tolerances and specifications.
Ensure proper staging and packaging to minimize damage.
Review daily production records, identify trends, and evaluate employee performance.
Lead and motivate assembly workers, providing guidance and support on the floor side by side with the assembly team.
Oversee and guide employees in their daily tasks, including training, delegating tasks, and ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures, including those regarding safety.
Train new employees and document and provide guidance on new processes and/or equipment.
Communicate with other departments and key personnel, customer service, operations, shipping, procurement, etc., to facilitate seamless workflow and address concerns to ensure customer expectations are understood and relevant information is shared and communicated to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Prepare production reports and maintain records.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and labor laws.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, industrial manufacturing, engineering or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly with proven supervisory skill and experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, quality control, and production management.
Minimum of 2 years construction or trades experience - plastering, troweling, painting, or other application technology preferred.
Experience safely and effectively using hand tools.
Experience with CNC equipment, preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Quality assurance or manufacturing management certifications preferred.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of assembly line operations and basic construction management.
Ability to read blueprints and technical designs and translate to production assembly processes.
Ability to take and record accurate measurements.
Proven ability to plaster, trowel, paint, or other accurately apply coatings.
Knowledge of CNC programming.
Ability to safely and effectively use, operate and maintain hand tools.
Problem-solving.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant software including MS Office and SAP.
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This position performs diagnostic various onsite inspections for customers as well as other inspection services
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform/assist with diagnostic roof inspections, including Infrared, Nuclear, visual, & other inspection services, along with related information gathering and verification tasks.
Work with Lead Diagnostics Technician Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Assist with the Quality Control (QC) process of all diagnostic jobs, including the proper documentation, to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer was fully satisfied. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all diagnostic related matters. Serve as a contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a diagnostic issue. Project a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while completing services for a customer. In conjunction with the Manager of Diagnostic Services, assist in the training of other field personnel on diagnostic tools, techniques, processes, etc. Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Participate in all safety trainings and complete any required documentation. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Manager of Diagnostic Services or the VP of General Services
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior roofing inspection and diagnostic experience Prior roofing experience, including patch and repair skills Knowledge of Project Management, planning, and scheduling skills Knowledge and experience in monitoring and maintaining Quality Control Functional computer skills Prior safety training and complete a minimum of 10-hour OSHA certification Planning and organizational skills.
Able to juggle multiple priorities and demonstrate good task management Ability to work independently Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships Ability to climb up and down interior/exterior ladders to access roofs (minimum of 20 ft.) and carry basic hand tools, equipment, and/or material up to approx.
75 lbs.
over long distances Capable of walking along rooftop edges (no fear of heights, good balance, etc.) Ability to handle prolonged exposure to outside weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.)
