Skills/Experience:
Essential:
Experience in a PMO management role, overseeing governance frameworks and project delivery
Experience in a regulated financial services environment
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Proven capability in portfolio management, resource planning and budget control
Proficiency with PMO or project management tools and the Microsoft Office suite
Project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Prince2 or Scrum

The team:
Ask MARC (Male Abuse Referral Centre) has been established for 5 years, offering clear referral pathway and dedicated specialist support to male victims of interpersonal abuse living in the Black Country; this includes intimate partner and familial abuse, current, historic and childhood sexual violence, stalking, honour-based abuse and forced marriage.
The service will raise awareness of the dynamics of abuse against men and respond to identified barriers that stop men from getting help.
Ask MARC will work in partnership with key agencies to assess risk and provide tailored support plans for clients.
We hope to expand this service over the next few years to cover the West Midlands tendering and contracts permitting.

Location: Lakeside, Grays
Hours: 37.5 per week - Weekend and Bank Holiday availability required
Salary: £35,000 per annum + 1.5% monthly sales commission + quarterly commission

The Role As Lounge/Showroom Manager, you'll take full ownership of the Lakeside Lounge, ensuring every visitor enjoys an exceptional experience.
You'll lead by example, inspire a small team, drive sales, and maintain a beautiful, on-brand environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines operational oversight with direct customer engagement.
What You'll Do:
Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Drive sales and conversion targets, with strong commercial focus
Manage daily lounge operations including scheduling, stock, and compliance
Create a welcoming, stylish environment that reflects the brand's personality
Be the face of the brand locally, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
What We're Looking For:
Proven retail management experience (ideally furniture, interiors, or premium retail)
Calm, grounded personality with real drive to deliver results
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Commercially astute with an eye for detail and design
Comfortable working weekends and adapting to business needs
