The Role of the Customer Service Representative
Functions as customer service contact for all customers who receive delivery of stock from the UK and Ireland.
Processing of all orders in a timely and professional manner, including logistics aspects of the role i.e.
picking/packing orders
Respond to customers’ requests for literature and materials support.
Processing of the company’s customer complaints and product returns in compliance with company procedures and US FDA and international regulatory requirements for medical devices.
Assist and provide customers with technical assistance when required.
Build sustainable relationships with customers and company Territory Managers through open and interactive communication.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Welcome Email / New Customer Call / Follow up Calls
Interact with accounting to maintain accurate customer accounting records.
Maintain and improve systems for order processing and customer activity.

The Role of the Area Sales and Regional Account Manager
As the Area Sales and Regional Account Manager you’ll be responsible for mentoring and developing the Technical Sales Representatives throughout Scotland.

Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services provided.

Consult with the Regional Business Manager (RBM) and HR as needed.
Work with the HR and Recruiting department to hire all new personnel.
Ensure all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis.
Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information.
Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including, but not limited to, expense management, monthly sales projections, Field Tech time management, status reports, bidding jobs with Reps, large job sign-offs, project documentation, etc.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attend all required calls and meetings.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the RBM.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: 30-hour OSHA certification (The company will provide it if needed.) Registered Roof Observer (RRO) is preferred but not required. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Qualifications: Prior supervisory skills and ability to manage people and tasks. Prior roofing experience, including patch and repair skills. Knowledge of Project Management, planning, and scheduling.

Prepare samples, using various lab equipment and following detailed instructions provided by manager, performing standard tests and evaluations of samples, and following established methods and procedures including color evaluation on the color computer.
Monitor product quality to ensure compliance to standards and specifications.
Maintaining accurate and thorough records of observation and results, communicating them verbally and in reports requested by supervisor, and monitoring test fences.
Compile results of tests and analyses.
Set up and conduct experiments, tests, and analyses using standard paint test procedures and physical and chemical techniques.
Conduct chemical and physical laboratory tests.
Provide and maintain a safe work environment by participating in safety programs, committees, or teams, and by conducting laboratory and plant safety audits.
Prepare paint batches for products and following standardized formulas, or create experimental formulas.
Preform lab support activities which may include routine maintenance or upkeep of equipment and lab areas.Work schedule: Nights 4PM-2:30AM (Monday-Thursday)
Pay: $24-$27 per hour

Prepare reporting and analysis of financial data for Roofing, WTI, and WTC businesses Assist in developing the annual budget for Roofing, WTI, and WTC businesses Prepare monthly commission accrual and monthly analysis, reporting and audits on commission Prepare sales and profitability reports for regions and sales representatives Prepare sales tracking to determine sales group levels and incentives Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for month-end close Partner with business to understand and improve operations and financials Drive efficiency by creating and maintaining Power BI reports for sales and profitability reporting Perform ad hoc assigned tasks, including special projects and analysis to support the business
EDUCATION:
