We are working with a leading financial services firm in Edinburgh seeking motivated and enthusiastic professionals to join their team as an Investment Operations & KYC Administrator.

Skills/Experience:
Experience gained in investment operations
Strong understanding of UK anti-money laundering (AML)

Core Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive KYC due diligence on clients to check identity and risk.

Ensure all KYC activities comply fully with relevant UK AML regulations and best practices.
Assess client risk profiles, recommend enhanced due diligence where necessary, and escalate potential concerns.
Prepare reports documenting due diligence findings and support fund reporting processes.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues including compliance, legal, and operations, to facilitate client onboarding and investor communications.

They now have an opening for an ambitious Partner Designate Delay Analyst / Forensic Planner to join them ASAP based from anywhere in the UK to include London, Birmingham, East Midlands, Suffolk, Cambridge, South East, South West etc.
and covering work across the UK and some further afield or from any other UK location with some requirments to visit their office in Suffolk.
You will need to be fully proficient in the the use of Primavera P6 to deal with assessment of the impact of variations on the programme.
Ideally you will also have used MS Project and ASTA too.
You will also need experience of critical path analysis, report writing and have a good eye for detail to be able to investigate why the programme of a project has become delayed.
It is essential to have previous experience of delay and ideally have experience of doing report writing etc.
plus good all round knowledge of construction technology, be Degree qualified and have excellent written and spoken English with experience gained working for a main contractors doing delay or with another firm of claims / dispute consultants.

The practice is very busy, additionally with a large waiting list of patients and you will be booked up continuously with busy books, ensuring a lucrative income and complete freedom to manage your cases; and depending on your skills and interests, provide the treatments you wish.
The principal is seeking a general dentist, you could have recently qualified as there is plenty of support, or you may be more established in your career, in mixed practice seeking a more private focussed role, or a private dentist already; there really is plenty of scope to ensure it fits with the individual.
Most important to the practice, is to find a candidate that is kind in nature and can develop excellent relationships with their patients and become part of the team.
If however, you have skills in veneers, or Invisalign (or similar), this would be beneficial.
Also, the practice is currently referring out Implant cases, thus, whilst there is not currently lots of Implants work (it is not being marketed currently), there is good scope for you to do this in-house if you have skills and experience in this area.
Please note, this is not compulsory, a good general dentist is the most important criterion.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of process and facility-related equipment.
Equipment inspection includes preventative maintenance (PM) and associated documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Comply with all safety policies (especially Cardinal Rules - e.g.
Hot Work, LOTO, Confined Space),
Partner with Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Manager to support LEAN initiatives to eliminate unplanned production interruptions due to process equipment failure,
Implement the needed preventative measures, including optimization of PM program,
Ensure reliable operation of facility support processes and utilities (i.e.
HVAC, Steam Boilers, Air Compressors, Tow motors, Cooling Towers, Hot Oil Heaters),
Diagnose/Troubleshoot, repair/replace and maintain facility electrical systems (e.g.
programmable logic controllers, human machine interfaces, lighting) and components (e.g.
sensors, switches, valves),
Diagnose/Troubleshoot, repair/replace and maintain facility mechanical systems (e.g.
product vessels/reactors, pumps) and components (e.g.
piping, manual valves),
Investigate equipment/process failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation,
Assist Maintenance Supervisor to arrange and coordinate contractor tasks (including equipment rental) to support facility and process maintenance/repairs,
Serve, as needed, on process hazard analysis (PHA) teams/sessions
EDUCATION
High School Diploma required
EXPERIENCE
One-year certificate from college or technical school and 1-2 years' experience OR
High School Diploma and 4 years' experience
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Problem Sensitivity - The ability to tell when something is wrong or likely to go wrong.
