 Pre-weigh Personnel (Job Description)
  
Scope:
  Pre-Weight personnel are responsible for having product formulas properly weighed for production mixing.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Examine materials, ingredients, or products visually or with hands, in order to ensure conformance to established standards  • Move products, materials, or equipment between work areas.  • Communicating with Supervisors or Peers  • Package products for storage or shipment.  • Select and measure or weigh ingredients, using English or metric measures and balance scales.  • Follow formulas to produce food products to meet customers specified.  • Operate or tend machines to mix or blend any of a wide variety of food products.  • Read work orders to determine production specifications and information  • Dump or pour specified amounts of materials into machinery and equipment.  • Record operational and production data on specified forms  • Maintain a clean work area  • Frequently Walk; Reach with hands and arms; the employee is regularly stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; Talk, hear.  • Perform all work in accordance with GMP's, housekeeping, good safety practices, and environmental regulations.  • Adheres to all safety and quality procedures/regulations  
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
  • Must possess good reading, writing and math skills.  • Must always be safety conscious  • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.  • Capable of working independently  • Ability to follow directions and procedures accurately  
Education and Experience:
  • Education: High school diploma.

Provide independent support for primary territory product lines.

Provide site support by performing general and complex product applications.
Perform substrate analysis using specialty equipment.
Keep up-to-date technically on practical procedures, specialized techniques to apply new knowledge within the field.
Provide field support by collecting data for project or product specific testing and interpreting results.
Recommend application policies within technical literature.
Coordinate 3rd party testing certification/approvals 
Provide live and/or web-based training for internal staff and/or external customers.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Construction, or similar preferred.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training with the application of facades, EIFS, Plastering

 Bodyshop / Workshop Cleaner Job Role:
 - Cleaning / maintaining the overall cleanliness of the Bodyshop, including the workshop, yard, rest areas, and toilets. 
 - Properly disposing of trash, hazardous materials, and used cleaning solutions. 
 - Ensuring cleaning equipment is in good working order and reporting any malfunctions. 
 - Following safety guidelines and protocols, including using personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting any hazards.

 Position Purpose:
This position is accountable for designing and leading strategic CapEx engineering projects within our Manufacturing Operations.
This includes the engineering design and physical execution of $250,000+ capital projects, project management ownership from design through startup, and long-range strategic technical planning for the business.
 The role also leads the development of engineering design specifications, guidelines, and standards.
Principle Accountabilities:
Responsible for capital project execution including equipment selection, technical and financial justification, CapEx management, purchasing, installation/construction, and start-up support efforts
Engineering Design Leadership - Develop and manage engineering design specifications and Techno-Economic Models including process design, P&ID, mass and energy balances, equipment sizing, and financial analyses (CapEx, OpEx, NPV)
Support & bolster the Engineering Work Process providing strategic direction and support to build and enhance the work process
Engineers within the team on large projects can be assigned specific portions of capital projects based on expertise and workload availability including project management, technical design of packaging equipment & paint making/processing equipment, and construction management.
Project Management - Manage projects using the Engineering Work Process from conceptual design through successful startup transition to the local plant team.
This includes managing budget, timeline, and deliverables to ensure the project meets established success criteria.
Design - Recommend and implement manufacturing systems that are designed for machine and human interaction, method/process, raw material & environmental variability.
 Design solutions to incorporate Lean principles to improve reliability, ease of use & maintenance, minimize changeover times, and minimize production losses.
Construction Management - Manage contractors, technicians, skilled trades, and internal resources to safely install and startup manufacturing systems.
 This includes working with the plant operational teams on training, standard operating procedures, and identification of spare parts.
Apply the Process Safety Management (PSM) regulations, applicable building codes, and NFPA fire code to capital projects and design specifications
Manage external Engineering Firm resources on large capital projects
Frequent interface with corporate staff, plant staff, operators, and maintenance personnel across a 3-shift operation
Education/Experience Requirements:
BS in Chemical Engineering preferred.
Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Packaging, and Electrical Engineers with hands-on related experience will also be considered.
5 years Minimum in plant engineering support role with hands-on experience in engineering, process design, continuous improvement, troubleshooting equipment, project management and project start-up verification
Demonstrated strong organizational, interpersonal, and technical communication skills, with the ability to lead and thrive in fast-paced, multitasking environments

Your Responsibilities:
*    Manage inbound and outbound calls with existing clients in a professional, engaging manner.
*    Provide tailored advice based on each client's individual circumstances and insurance needs.
*    Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and documentation accurately using Acturis.
*    Negotiate renewal terms with both clients and insurers to secure competitive outcomes.
*    Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, insurers, and introducers.
*    Identify and act upon cross-selling opportunities to support business growth.
*    Maintain full compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures.
*    Support colleagues and contribute positively to a high-performing team culture.
What You'll Bring:
*    Previously worked as a Insurance Executive, Insurance Broker, Insurance Consultant, Insurance Sales Executive or in a similar role.
*    At least 12 months' experience in motor and/or home insurance.
*    Experience in renewals, retention, or customer relationship management.
*    Background in motor or home insurance (personal lines).
*    Understanding of FCA regulatory requirements.
*    CII qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
*    A "sales through service" mindset rather than hard selling.
*    Proven ability to communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
*    Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
