Work closely with sales teams to provide them with the tools and information needed to effectively sell innovative spray paint products.
Develop sales materials, presentations, and training programs. Collaborate with various departments, including R&D, sales, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and successful execution of innovation initiatives. Prioritize, strategize, design, develop, launch, and support product campaigns. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Create exceptional user experiences, working with our Creative department visually appealing interfaces with target audience. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Direct market research and market intelligence gathering to ensure understanding of applications, users, competition and market trends.
Analyze and leverage data and insights to develop and formulate category and product recommendations.
Conduct early-stage opportunity assessment, ideation and concept development for a new product opportunity from ideation to market launch. Manage product portfolio to develop and promote new products and optimize and grow existing product lines. Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, business developments and market trends to identify strategic opportunities and ensure product offering is properly positioned. Developing strategic plans and innovating roadmaps for key product segments. Driving new product development activities through Stage-Gate product management and market research. Ensuring profitability within the assigned market segments, including supporting the product commercialization process. Define and develop product positioning, messaging, feature specifications, unique selling proposition and pricing strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
6+ years of relevant Product, Product Development or Brand experience (consumer packaged good preferred).
Strong new product development experience required. Exhibit understanding of the product commercialization process and documentation and information sharing needs and protocols. Exhibit understanding of retail, independent paint/hardware, and distribution business models. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passionate problem solver and creative thinker, with ability to pitch new ideas and be open to feedback. Analytic and strategic thinking skills, with ability to digest complex information and make data-driven decisions. Team player who will work well on cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Sales, Research & Development, Customer Service, etc. Confident public speaker with the ability to influence senior level management. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them.
The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $25.16 and $31.45.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop AIA MasterFormat specifications that comply with Tremco requirements, purchasing agreements, local building codes, and industry standards (NRCA, SPRI, Factory Mutual, etc.).
Develop specifications in compliance with IBC, IECC, and Tremco-specific requirements & standards
Develop specifications based on individual project Scopes of Work, using expertise, experience, and best practices to select appropriate items.
Assist Estimators in understanding specifications for bid preparation and pricing.
Calculate wind-uplift design pressures based on project specifics.
Understand and apply 3rd party test reports for Tremco systems for specifications
Identify and resolve service, process, or quality system problems; ensure proper resolution implementation.
Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the specification development process.
Stay updated with compliance policies to ensure specifications and drawings align with contract agreements.
Monitor and ensure compliance with evolving building codes, industry regulations, and roofing standards by staying current with building code changes; escalate and implement necessary adjustments in design and construction practices.

Desired Skills and Experience
Education:

At least 2+ years in a leadership capacity, with expertise in managing data-driven systems integrations. Experience improving PIM and DAM systems, with a focus on data workflows and content accessibility.
Technical Skills:

Digital Strategy Execution & Technology Integration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement a strategic digital roadmap, aligned with DAP's mission of improving the professional and consumer digital experience. Manage and optimize DAP's marketing technology stack, evaluating emerging tools such as AI-powered platforms to enhance personalization and user engagement. Lead the evaluation and technical integration of new platforms, such as marketing automation tools, analytics systems, and advanced website solutions, while ensuring seamless coordination with IT and external partners.
Exploration & Implementation of Marketing Technologies
Research and recommend tools for automation, email marketing, and personalization that align with organizational needs and future growth initiatives. Desired Skills and Experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Information Technology, Data Sciences, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 6+ years in digital marketing or marketing technology roles, focusing on Martech exploration, evaluation, and implementation. At least 2+ years in a leadership capacity, with expertise in managing data-driven systems integrations. Experience improving PIM and DAM systems, with a focus on data workflows and content accessibility.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in marketing platforms, including automation tools, CRM systems, and AI-driven technologies. Strong understanding of analytics, data reporting, and performance tracking across Martech solutions. Expertise in integrating PIM, DAM, and marketing-related tools into broader digital ecosystems.

Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable.
The foreman also ensures that all technicians complete the Daily Hazard Analysis. Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor.
Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects.
WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule. Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly.
Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently.
Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor.
Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the creation of standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes for safety and environmental purposes and conduct training sessions as necessary to educate workers.
Evaluate, develop, and revise site safety management and hazard prevention programs and procedures to ensure a safe workplace for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
Develop, promote, and implement a proactive environmental and safety focused culture throughout the organization.
Assist with the development, promotion, and implementation of proactive plant-specific EH&S committees as necessary.
Drive awareness and accountability for EH&S performance through all levels of the organization
Provide investigation support and ensure root cause and other analysis techniques are harnessed to reduce further incidents.
Sustain productive and collaborative working relationships with all levels of the organization to promote proactive use of the EH&S initiatives.
Assist with the assessment of the organization's business practices.
Plan the long and short-term objectives for compliance, risk management, and development of training and compliance strategies.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational or Environmental Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
Preferred, 3+ years of on-the-job experience in leading and implementing EH&S programs in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated subject-matter expertise and knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Prior experience working with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies is preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
This position operates both in an office setting and on the Manufacture plant floor located outdoors.
Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Word and Excel; EHS information systems; and agency reporting software.
Ability to anticipate typical problems, identify potential or recurring problems, and take appropriate action proactively.
Ability to think critically, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of mechanical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Demonstrated and verifiable ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, e.g., from hourly employees to senior management.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing and listen effectively; ability to present information to a diverse audience.
Proven leadership ability to effectively influence and lead others.
Ability to prioritize work, work autonomously and accept constructive feedback.
Ability to travel to other RPM facilities as required.
Wages: From 80K to 100K per year depending on experience and education

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities and accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Assist the DC Manager and team members at the distribution center and nearby manufacturing plant with all relative inventory controls as set forth by the established procedures. Interface and communicate with Corporate Operations team on varying issues and concerns.
Prepare and understand accurate inventory levels on computer platform. Review internal controls and ensure compliance. Analyze and establish stocking levels to align with sales needs. Conduct periodic cycle counts as needed. Serve as key participant in the biannual physical inventory. Assist the manager in cost reduction control and overall process improvement projects. Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in an inventory control/and or supervisory/management capacity, preferably in an industrial setting.
Microsoft Word, Excel and Access and WMS (or similar systems) Troubleshooting and analytical skills
