Tremco is currently looking for a Field Services Safety Engineer.
General Purpose:
The Field Safety Engineer will be responsible for providing support and safety oversight to regional Roofing and Weatherproofing Technologies field employees (including but not limited to Sales, Roofing Advisors, CSS, Field Resource Representatives, and leadership), ensuring site compliance with corporate and client safety standards, as well as ensuring site safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.
This position will provide supervision and coordination of the day-to-day safety requirements of jobsites.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide support to projects by maintaining a visible presence and conducting site visits to perform safety audits and safety process audits (e.g., safety document evaluation/compliance)
*this should take place at least 80% of the week
* Enforce all Federal, State, local, owner and Tremco regulations throughout all Roofing regional projects. Assist site leadership to develop site-specific safety programs aligned with Tremco Field Services Safety policies and instruct supervisors on safety procedures, planning and equipment. Assist Regional Field Safety Managers with rolling out new safety initiatives and briefing employees as needed on new policies, or changes in existing policies, to keep current (e.g., Daily Task Planning, 100% audit compliance, safety training programs) Educate the workforce and regional leadership on understanding Tremco's safety cultural advancements, such as safety leadership and safety management systems. Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of Tremco Health and Safety programs in the field, to ensure that all safety expectations are understood and met. Participate with and/or conduct Toolbox Talk Meetings with Regional team employees. Regularly review and be familiar with all applicable legislation and applicable standards, to ensure compliance. Effectively represent our Tremco safety culture with our subcontractors and help Tremco site leadership to ensure complete compliance of our subcontractors to applicable rules and regulations (Federal, State, local, owner, Tremco and their own). Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure safety practices and policies are being adhered to effectively. As a direct report to, regularly communicate safety audit results and/or field safety concerns (e.g., Stop Work Authority) with Assistant Safety Director and prepare observation reports as needed. Regularly audit the Site-Specific Safety and Health Plans for compliance and update to ensure the alignment with project scope and conditions. Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately per the Tremco Incident Notification Policy. Participate and assist all field leadership in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary. Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed. Monitor and follow up on modified workers in the field. Must adhere to all company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Occupational Health & Safety preferred) or 5+ Years of Construction experience with high school diploma. Minimum of two years of construction safety field experience required. OSHA 10- and 30-hour certification required. Knowledge of the 1926 OSHA Regulations. Working Knowledge on how to develop, implement, and audit a Daily Task Analysis for Employees and Subcontractors. Proficient written and oral communication skills. Proficient Computer Skills- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel/work remotely 80% or greater.
You will be home every weekend.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.).
This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all subcontractors.
Additional duties will include participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.
The Construction Manager is responsible for sales and service support, field resources, and customer management communication as necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.

Proper letter notification to non-compliant subcontractor agreement articles, i.e., no waivers of lien for lower tier subs, missing submittals, etc. Set project timelines and goals. Manage key metrics and report on a regular basis or as required. Coordinate work with Program Managers, sales and service support, customer management (WTI and Tremco Roofing), and resource management. Participate in the preventive and corrective action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality. Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Verify the implementation of solutions. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Review all bids received and conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance. Approve Proposals for submission (i.e.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Prevailing Wage Specialist is primarily responsible for: This position is responsible for state prevailing wage and federal Davis-Bacon Act ("DBA") and Service Contract Act ("SCA") prevailing wage compliance for public works construction projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluate all internal processes related to state and federal public works projects to determine whether information accurately flows from project setup through business operations to allow timely employee paychecks and certified payroll creation. Determine which WTI projects are subject to state prevailing wage requirements through online research, written procedures from various jurisdictions, and legal and consulting support. Identify whether state and federal public works projects are set up by administrative staff with accurate wage determinations, including straight time, overtime, and holiday time rates and calculations. Understand and help implement travel and subsistence calculations for all applicable jurisdictions. Manage compliance with apprenticeship programs for state, local, DBA, and SCA jurisdictions and assist the Training and Development Department with in-house apprenticeship program efforts. Understand, implement, and update accurate fringe benefit calculations, including amortization and offsets, as required by jurisdictions that require such calculations. Ensure that subcontractors, when retained, agree to approved contracts that possess prevailing wage, DBA, and SCA compliance language. Perform periodic audits on adherence to and accuracy of public works compliance processes in place.
Remedy gaps or inaccuracies in processes identified in audits. Maintain confidentiality regarding Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of any person as it relates to public works/certified payroll records, Responsible for public works policy development and education of employees involved in administering the internal process. ESSENTIAL TASKS
Verifies and keeps records on incoming materials compares identifying information and counts, weight, or measures items of incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records. Plan work schedules of warehouse staff for all inbound.
Inbounds are examine for condition of the loads, for damage items, rejected or put into the hold area, records shortages, and corresponds with QA, supervisor and purchasing to rectify damages and shortages. Manage inbound shipment scheduling to ensure timely and accurate delivery for production needs. Routes items to departments. Ensures proper LOT rotation and including FIFO (first in-first out) and organic product handling.
Perform cycle counts materials and products. Direct and execute receiving and put-away processes and ensure compliance to standards practices.
Serve as a resource to investigate and respond to inventory discrepancies.
Work with staff on assignments in response to rapidly changing receiving schedule.
Maintain a safe, clean and orderly area.
Adhere to quality and safety standards. Verify all shipments are recorded and verified the accuracy of the shipment against the paperwork for inbounds.
Use root cause analysis to put in place counter measures to eliminate errors and damage waste. Provide ideas/insights to refine established procedures to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency, improve quality, or reduce cost. Continually work with management on other optimization ideas. Maintain supporting cycle count records.
Compiles information on receipts, usage, and distribution of materials to review transactions. Oversees the storage and warehousing of materials, actively involved in cycle counts plans, adjustments to order quantities.
Plans layout and utilization of warehouse space considers inventory turnover, size weight and related factors od items stored.
Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored. Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

THE CANDIDATE
You should be qualified as a Designer with a background in any of the following:- Architecture, Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Structural Engineering etc.
You will ideally have APS and possibly IOSH / NEBOSH Certification.
You may also have done the RIBA Principal Designer Course of similar.
You need to have experience of commenting and reporting on the adequacy of the construction phase plan and assist in the notification to the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) and undertake site visits as required.
You will have worked using the CDM Building Regulations 2015 and be thoroughly able to advise, monitor and manage CDM complaince and deal with all relevant documentation.
You should have first class communication skills, both written and spoken to be able to work closely with the design team and the main / principal contractor.
