Monitor KPIs and quality measures to ensure the service meets or exceeds expectations.
Work closely with social workers, families, schools, health, police and other agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
Represent the home at internal and external meetings, panels and inspections.
Contribute to policy and practice development within the wider service.
Lead business planning for the home, linking objectives to service priorities and outcomes.
Actively participate in service improvement initiatives, user feedback and consultation.
Ensure the home remains “Ofsted inspection ready” at all times.
About You:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
At least 4 years' post-qualification experience, including 2+ years in a management role within a children's residential setting.
Expert knowledge of children's homes regulations, safeguarding legislation and Ofsted inspection frameworks.
Experience of managing budgets, resources and staffing effectively.
Strong leadership, supervision, and team development skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentation.
Ability to work in partnership with multi-agency professionals.
Experience of driving service improvement and working to KPIs.
Additional professional training in therapeutic or trauma-informed practice would be helpful
Experience of contributing to policy development would be beneficial
Full UK driving licence - desirable

The co-op will develop an understanding of the relationship between the manufacturing process and the various teams that support the process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will work in conjunction with the process and quality engineering group to support safety, quality, maintenance and production processes.
Learn and use process tools such as Process Safety Management, Behavioral Risk Improvement and Lean Six-Sigma tools including 5S, A3 Problem Solving, Statistical Process Control and Value Stream Mapping.
Interaction with the plant will be part of the daily routine.
Some responsibilities are, but not limited to: Lead small projects for improvement of a process or equipment Collect data for process waste reduction Edit or create P&IDs Work alongside Process Engineers on Capital Expense Projects Conduct meetings to communicate information or collaborate on projects Serve as a back-up for the Quality Lab Safety
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma required. Must be a sophomore, junior, or senior in good academic standing, pursing a bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical focus preferred)

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Ensures goods shipped and received are accurate, and orders are packed and processed correctly and in a timely and cost-effective manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform standard work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Operate forklift and/or pallet jack to move raw materials and finished goods.
Ensure items are properly packed, labeled, and staged for shipment.
Document and maintain accurate shipping records.
Safely and accurately load all outbound freight.
Unload inbound trailer deliveries and read/complete supporting documents (i.e., bill of lading (BOL)) Identify, record, and provide recommendations for any issues or non-conformities relating to the product, process, and quality system.
Participate in inventory procedures and cycle counts.
Cross-train on other production functions to aid as business need dictates.
Clean and maintain assigned area.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The hourly rate/salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $18.45 and $21.39 .
