GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Machine Operator (3rd Shift) starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Machine Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Package, label, and store products.
Cross-train on other production functions as business need dictates.
Clean and maintain assigned area to ensure proper functionality.
Report and assist with resolving safety, quality, and mechanical issues.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
If appropriate, set up and operate various off-line and secondary equipment.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal educational requirement. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior work experience or training required. Previous experience operating a machine in a manufacturing environment requiring speed and dexterity is preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Forklift Licensecertified, preferred.
Willing to train.

The Field Technical Representative for Facades ensures proper application of Tremco CPG Modulite products in accordance with all company and industry guidelines by providing on-site application and problem resolution.

Modulite has everything you need for the construction of 2D panelized walls systems, 3D modular units and prefabricated building components.
We manufacture exterior wall panels and supply materials to modular manufacturers and panel fabricators, such as:

Continuous insulation & exterior cladding
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide independent support for primary territory product lines.
Recommend products and solutions outside of primary product lines with occasional direction.
Provide site support by performing general and complex product applications.
Perform substrate analysis using specialty equipment.
Keep up-to-date technically on practical procedures, specialized techniques to apply new knowledge within the field.
Provide field support by collecting data for project or product specific testing and interpreting results.
Recommend application policies within technical literature.
Coordinate 3rd party testing certification/approvals
Provide live and/or web-based training for internal staff and/or external customers.
Create instructional hands-on demonstrations in a classroom, distributor locations, or job site settings showing application of products.
Exercise clear and confident communication of product lines and construction practices during presentation delivery.
Use relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether designs or applications comply with local codes, industry standards, and regulations.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Construction, or similar preferred.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training with the application of facades, EIFS, Plastering

An Opportunity Has Arisen for a Property Valuer / Property Lister with 6 months of valuations experienceto join a reputable estate agency, specialising in residential sales, lettings, land & new home development, and mortgage services.
As a Property Valuer / Property Lister, you will be advising clients, valuing properties, and securing instructions to help achieve the best possible sale price.
This full-time role offers benefits and a basic salary of £23,000 and OTE £40,000 plus £2,500 car allowance.
You Will Be Responsible For
* Providing tailored advice to vendors to optimise the value of their property
* Conducting valuations and converting them into instructions
* Identifying new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships
* Staying up to date with local property market trends
* Matching buyers with suitable properties
* Supporting branch operations to drive performance and profitability
* Assisting in team motivation and contributing to morning meetings in the absence of the Branch Manager
What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience working as a Property Valuer, Property Lister, Estate Agent, Valuer, Lister, Sales Valuer, Sales Lister, Property Negotiator, Sales Negotiator or in a similar role
* At least 6 months of experience in property valuations and listings
* Strong ability to develop relationships with clients and secure instructions
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence decisions positively
* Committed to delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process
