GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This position performs various diagnostic onsite inspections for customers, as well as other inspection services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform/assist with diagnostic roof inspections, including Infrared, Nuclear, visual, & other inspection services, along with related information gathering and verification tasks.
Work with Lead Diagnostics Technician Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Assist with the Quality Control (QC) process for all diagnostic jobs, ensuring proper documentation to ensure that all work is completed accurately and that customers are satisfied. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, and in-person meetings) with customers, sales representatives, field staff, and internal company personnel on all diagnostic-related matters. Serve as a point of contact for office personnel in case of any issues related to a diagnostic problem. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times when providing services to customers. In conjunction with the Manager of Diagnostic Services, assist in training other field personnel on diagnostic tools, techniques, and processes. Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Participate in all safety trainings and complete any required documentation. JOB DESCRIPTION
Key responsibilities also include: Calculating material additions to batches based on test results. Assisting with batch troubleshooting as needed. Performing special tests at the request of QA management, such as: Lab-prepared samples. Evaluation of customer complaint samples.
With guidance from research management or more senior professionals, it ensures that research activities in the section/group laboratories and associated operations are in compliance with the safety policies and programs of the company, as well as local, state, and federal regulations. Provide a focal point between KCPP and Tremco related to the QC/QA of the product line. Provide communication and facilitation between both companies when/if any R&D activities are needed. Be a conduit for comms between labs at KCPP and Tremco (directly linked with Cindy and Mike and teams). Perform QC/QA on KCPP products Provide assistance to Operations/Eng/Log for KCPP product line support. Work with Tremco to optimize supply chain, manufacturing schedule, overall provide guidance on when best to produce KCPP product line Provide after hours support when needed on KCPP product line. Perform calibrations on lab machinery for KCPP product line. Generate standards for lab machinery for KCPP product line. Support Tremco QC/QA for any needs in a prioritized fashion dependent upon management (QC Sup and Lab Mgr) guidance.
This should include any after hours support when/if needed to support business needs and priorities. There could be some travel with this role to the KCPP lab from time to time.
With guidance from research management or more senior professionals, plans and conducts experimental programs to complete a phase of a project or several projects of minor scope. • Conducts research on and testing of improvement of existing products, development of new products and technology and may include routine to complex synthesis or testing.
Assignment may be a phase of a major project or a total project of minor scope. • With minimal supervision from more experienced professionals, they conduct routine synthesis or testing which provide experience and familiarization with methods, practices, and programs (analytical, performance, physical properties, etc.). • Under the guidance of more senior professionals or research management, they acquire knowledge of Tremco's products, procedures, and applications. • Interfaces with section personnel in trouble-shooting problems with hardware, testing/synthesis equipment, product, and methods development. • May be responsible for timely calibration and maintenance of the various laboratories and equipment and documentation according to the company's business processes. • With minimal guidance, conducts literature searches and gathers pertinent information related to specific topics. • Under minimal supervision, compile, analyze and correlate technical data and write timely reports on projects completed or progress reports.
Writes procedures in accordance with the company's business practices. • Works with research management to formulate goals aligned with the executive leadership's initiatives and for professional growth. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (special skills, knowledge, ability, education, etc.): • Requires a B.S.
in Chemistry or related technical field or can be progressed from Assist Chemist (performance-based and tested) • Effective communication (oral and written) skills. • Proficiency in computer programs is necessary for writing reports and performing mathematical calculations. • Knowledge of specialized scientific programs for molecular structure drawing, experimental design and statistics is a plus
Wages: Between $38 to $45 per hour, depending on experience and education
This position is 12.5% bonus eligible.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business.
Safety is our primary priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project.
As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region.
It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable.
The foreman also ensures that all technicians complete the Daily Hazard Analysis. Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor.
Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects.
WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule. Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly.
Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently.
Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor.
Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site.
These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased.
Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep.
Monitor and manage the Field Reps.
Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation.
Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required.
Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) in their respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Supervisors as necessary.
Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process in conjunction with the Quality Control Specialist (QCS) of all the Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to current and previous job sites and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel.
Field all questions and concerns from the Field Reps and handle all discrepancies between the Field Reps and the Sales Reps.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, text message, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters.
Be the primary contact for the office personnel if there are any issues concerning a Field Rep.
Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.
Conduct and/or assist with the training (both hands-on field training and classroom setting) for the Field Reps, according to the WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval and certification of each Field Rep, including, but not limited to, OSHA Hazard Awareness, Toolbox Talks, etc.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services provided.

Work with the HR and Recruiting department to hire all new personnel.
Ensure all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis.
Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information.
Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including, but not limited to, expense management, monthly sales projections, Field Tech time management, status reports, bidding jobs with Reps, large job sign-offs, project documentation, etc.

Attend all required calls and meetings.

Pre-Weight personnel are responsible for having product formulas properly weighed for production mixing.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure EH&S compliance with Federal, state, and local regulations.
Monitor, interpret, and analyze EH&S laws, standards and regulations that impact business operations in Corsicana, Texas.
Assist with the management of site environmental programs including, but not limited to the following:
hazardous and non-hazardous waste management,
SPCC/SWPPP compliance
Air permit compliance
TSCA compliance
Alcohol permit compliance
Product stewardship
Deep well injection.
Compiles, calculates, and manages associated environmental and safety data and statistics and completes necessary and assigned EH&S facility record keeping requirements.
Assists with facilitation of required site, corporate, and government EH&S inspections and reporting.
Identifies and evaluates critical gaps in compliance or findings from incidence reports and collaborates with company executives, site leadership, and insurance risk management services to develop and implement corrective measures.
Provide expertise in the inspection, analysis, audit, and investigation of environmental and safety practices.
Assist with conducting regular safety and environmental system compliance audits and risk assessments.
Participate in the implementation of the site's Process Safety Management and risk management programs:
Audits
Site process development
Process Hazard Analysis (PHA)
Data management and reporting
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the creation of standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes for safety and environmental purposes and conduct training sessions as necessary to educate workers.
Evaluate, develop, and revise site safety management and hazard prevention programs and procedures to ensure a safe workplace for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
Develop, promote, and implement a proactive environmental and safety focused culture throughout the organization.
Assist with the development, promotion, and implementation of proactive plant-specific EH&S committees as necessary.
Drive awareness and accountability for EH&S performance through all levels of the organization
Provide investigation support and ensure root cause and other analysis techniques are harnessed to reduce further incidents.
Sustain productive and collaborative working relationships with all levels of the organization to promote proactive use of the EH&S initiatives.
Assist with the assessment of the organization's business practices.
Plan the long and short-term objectives for compliance, risk management, and development of training and compliance strategies.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational or Environmental Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
Preferred, 3+ years of on-the-job experience in leading and implementing EH&S programs in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated subject-matter expertise and knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Prior experience working with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies is preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
