JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting WTI's field personnel and internal HR functions.
This position requires strong coordination with various departments, attention to compliance, and proactive support of HR initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the initial point of contact for WTI field personnel regarding day-to-day HR administration, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of inquiries.
Collaborate with Shared Services, Recruiting, and other departments to respond to questions and resolve issues; escalate matters to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) as appropriate, particularly in cases related to employee relations.
Manage the staffing workflow process, including processing Personnel Action Forms (PAFs), Staffing Requisitions, employee correspondence, and related documentation.
Maintain and update WTI job descriptions to ensure compliance with safety standards, FLSA classifications, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and other regulatory requirements; work closely with managers to ensure content remains current.
Ensure accuracy and currency of employee data, organizational charts, and personnel records.
Support the delivery of training sessions and onboarding programs to meet business and workforce development needs.
Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
Provide administrative support for career development and workforce planning initiatives in collaboration with the Executive Director of Field Resource Development and the HRBP.
Assist the HRBP with special projects and other assignments as needed.
Provide support in handling employee relations matters and help ensure a positive work environment.
Act as back-up support for the HRBP and other areas within the HR team as required. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field of study.
Prior experience as an HR Generalist in a fast-paced, large field, or multiple-site organization; Construction industry preferred.
Must be skilled at multitasking, organization, and attention to detail.
Prior experience with employee relations and related documentation.
Understanding of employment law.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality and build trusting relationships.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Process Engineer II is an extension of management.
Responsibilities are broad and include safety, product quality, process control, productivity improvement, and development of a LEAN culture.
The Engineer is expected to spend a significant amount of time on the floor, lead major process equipment projects, and mentor less experienced engineers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assume a leadership position at the facility in partnership with the shift supervisors.
Activities include resolution and communication regarding safety issues.
Execute scheduled PHA's and JSA's.
Proactively monitor areas and remediate potential safety issues.
Use DAKOTA software as a tool for compliance and environmental, health and safety.
Use the tool to report incidents, near misses, and non-conformances.
Develop and execute upon "standard work" activities.
Assume responsibility for assigned activities on the Engineering Tier and other accountability boards.
Conduct "GEMBA Walks" daily.
Use walks as the primary means of education and communication of expectations.
Improve productivity through elimination of non-value-added activities.
Apply Engineering principles and methodologies to Improve productivity and eliminate waste.
Work to maximize equipment efficiency and quality for output.
Member of the facility QIC.
Ensure identification of root cause and subsequent prevention of future customer complaints.
Assist in the training of operators with a focus on quality critical product specifications and process parameters.
Significant experience with equipment troubleshooting and process design.
Must be capable of successfully managing major process equipment projects (>$750k) on time and on budget.
Must be capable of leading and/or supervising others in their role or in the execution of completing a project.
Mentors less experienced engineers.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
B.S.
in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Controls, or similar Engineering Degree.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Two+ years related experience and/or training.
Must have experience in both practical Process Engineering and Project Management.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency in workflow processes, value stream efficiency, and systems thinking.
Understanding process variance and the resultant effects on Quality.
Knowledge of applied statistics.
Ability to perform problem analysis utilizing problem-solving methodology.
Must be knowledgeable in the Project Management software being used.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, Technical Degree, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1 year of individual sales experience.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires minimal physical activity but does require prolonged computer usage - up to 8 hours a day.

Essential Functions:
Develops and maintains relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales volume, recover lost accounts, and monitor market trends.
Focuses on proactive outreach to engage both current and prospective customers.
Conducts customer calls to promote products, new releases, and available services, including updates on supply; provides technical support as needed.
Responsible for securing new orders and renewing existing ones, collaborating with customer service and sales management to ensure optimal service levels.
Establishes and executes a regional sales strategy, incorporating prospecting, new business development, analysis of market potential, and repeat business opportunities.
Maintains and updates customer and sales data within the CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy and quality.
Collaborates effectively with internal teams and leverages company resources to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Exercises sound judgment and timely follow-up when addressing customer complaints, returns, claims, or issues related to products and services.
Collects and communicates key insights regarding customer accounts, market trends, competitors, and prospects to support management in strategic planning and decision-making.
Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and accountability.
Prepares annual sales plans, including detailed targeting of markets and key accounts.

Tremco Construction Products Group brings together Tremco CPG Inc.'s Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing and Roofing & Building Maintenance divisions; Tremco Barrier Solutions Inc.; Dryvit, Nudura and Willseal brands; Prebuck LLC; Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.; Weatherproofing Technologies Canada and PureAir Control Services, Inc.
Altogether, Tremco CPG companies operate 21 manufacturing facilities, 6 distribution sites, and 3 R&D/technology sites, and employ more than 2,700 people across North America.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Formulates and maintains color standards while partnering with Research and Development, distributors, and production to meet Dryvit's color requests and forecasted needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Formulates production specifications for all colors and communicates concerns with key personnel. Performs quality control testing on finished products to verify that formulations and colors match given Standards and/or customer samples.
Inputs and properly codes color formulations into formulation management system. Prepares special color formulations for customers as well as special color sample requests.
Prepares monthly reports including monthly special color information and requests in a timely manner. Maintains a neat and orderly work area, including, but not limited to, cleaning, maintaining, and verifying accuracy of pigment dispensers. Observes plant safety rules and regulations at all times, reports all safety hazards in a timely manner.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal educational required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: No prior experience or training.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Completes and maintains all required training.
