My client, an established firm of PQS now seeks a QUANTITY SURVEYOR to join them in GERMANY.
You will work on a range of projects to include residential, hotels, offices, mixed use, industrial etc.
They are keen to find an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has both pre and post contract experience along with the ability to read contracts and understand them in German.
My client offers good prospects for promotion.

My client is a firm of PQS with a good range of clients mainly in the private sector.
They are a firm of construction consultants offering clients both cost management and project management services.
They have offices across the UK, Europe and further afield.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor - ideally with a BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management or similar and possibly also be chartered with the RICS.
You should have worked for a firm of PQS and have both pre and post contract QS experience.
It is essential that you have an EU passport.
You will need to have fluent English and good German.
You should be keen to work as part of a friendly team as part of a large firm of construction consultants.
You must have excellent English both written and spoken along with good IT skills and have good client facing skills.
Salary is in very negotiable but probably in the region of Euro 60000 to 100000.
