The Role: Following private equity investment, our client is expanding their Conveyancing Team in Stockport to meet the demands of their flourishing business.
You will act for buyers in property purchases and related sales, managing files from instruction to completion.
(Hybrid working available after the initial training period)
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sale/purchase transactions from instruction through to completion, liaising with mortgage brokers, estate agents, solicitors, and clients.
- Manage a diverse caseload, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions.
- Build strong relationships with clients and third parties, providing regular updates.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients, introducers, and third parties.
- Identify and resolve potential risks to protect clients and the business.
- Maintain files in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and issue contract papers for related sales.
- Analyse search results.
- Liaise with Help to Buy and mortgage lenders to draw down client funds.
- Prepare completion statements and invoices.
- Handle exchange of contracts and legal completion.
The Person:
- Around 2+ years' experience in file handling.
- Enthusiastic team-player and self-starter, able to work on own initiative.
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and numerical skills.
In Return, You Can Expect:
- Salary Range: £25,000 to £53,000 dependent on experience.
- Bonus Scheme: Monthly exchange bonus, quarterly quality bonus, and annual billings bonus, with an estimated additional £5k - £6k annually once you have an established caseload.
- Holidays: 25 days (including 2 for religious/cultural leave) + bank holidays + your birthday off.
- Hybrid Working: Minimum 2 days in the office after an initial 8-week training period.

Supply Chain Analyst — Netherlands Location: Amersfoort (onsite / hybrid as required) Employment type: 32-40 hrs per weekRole summary The Supply Chain Analyst will be the operational centre for regional supply and inventory decisions.
You will translate demand forecasts into material purchase plans, maintain optimal inventory levels, generate/issue all purchase orders, and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure on-time, in-full delivery while minimizing working capital and logistics costs.
You'll work closely with Procurement USA, Operations, Quality and Finance and report to the Operations Manager.
The role will be based in EMEA headquarters in the Netherlands.Key responsibilities
Develop, maintain and execute the inventory plan (safety stock, reorder points).
Create the regional supply plan translating demand/forecast into material requirements and timing.
Create a supply plan for internal (Amersfoort) and customer consigned inventories.
Create, review and place all purchase orders (PO creation, approval routing, PO changes and confirmations).
Manage inbound logistics: coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and internal receiving to ensure timely, compliant inbound movements.
Maintain data related to suppliers, parts, lead times and inventory. (Experience NetSuite or equivalent preferred.)
Monitor KPIs (inventory days, stock availability, supplier on-time delivery, PO aging, freight cost per unit) and produce regular reports and recommendations.
Required qualifications & experience
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
2-5 years' practical experience in planning/procurement/logistics operations — ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Hands-on experience creating and managing purchase orders end-to-end in an ERP system (NAV Dynamics, NetSuite (or equivalent).
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with Excel (advanced), demand planning tools, reporting and dashboards (Power BI).
Good working knowledge of logistics operations (incoterms, freight booking, customs documentation).
Excellent communication skills in English;

The Supply Chain Administrator will report to the Supply Manager.
This role is to provide support to the Supply Chain, assisting in sustaining all activity, with the aim to develop and be involved in selected projects.
The main responsibilities of the role will be:
· Responsible for all orders processing
· Be the principal interlocutor for the customers’ at depot
· Liaise with customers and logistic suppliers to manage the delivery discrepancies
· Report discrepancies with improvement plan
· Analyse the reason for the wastage, and recharge back the suppliers regarding the agreed terms and conditions
· Responsible for all invoicing
· Responsible for understanding wastage levels and then manage the sale of wastage to a broker at a ‘good ‘price, or destroy it with cost efficiency
· Report on department KPI’s to include service Level, wastage and invoicing lead time
· Manage stock coming from our factories into the continent
The successful candidate will have experience of working or studying within the Supply Chain and therefore will be aware of the expectation to be professionally mature and be able to demonstrate the ability to influence, convince and motivate others within the business and within retailer partners.
You should be commercially aware with a very real understanding of the personal attributes that are required to succeed in this position to include, tenacity, working to challenging deadlines and in a changing environment with the ability to problem solve and bring thought out and creative solutions using limited resources.
