The Field Technical Representative for Dryvit
, EIFS,
Modulite
and Tremco
Panelizationproducts ensures proper application of Tremco CPG products in accordance with all company and industry guidelines by providing on-site application and problem resolution.
This position works remotely and supports the North Central Region.
You must be willing to travel within the region.
We prefer you live in the Minneapolis / St Paul area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide independent support for primary territory product lines.
Onsite Applicator Training, Distributor location wet wall training, pre-construction jobsite meetings when required, Contractor and applicator support, Job complaint-warranty claim, job site observation, trade should participation as needed.
Architectural Support.
Trouble Shooting (Actual problem or job site condition)
Assist application specialist and technical communication specialist as needed.
Testing/R&D support as needed.
Recommend products and solutions outside of primary product lines with occasional direction.
Provide site support by performing general and complex product applications.
Perform substrate analysis using specialty equipment.
Keep up-to-date technically on practical procedures, specialized techniques to apply new knowledge within the field.
Provide field support by collecting data for project or product specific testing and interpreting results.
Recommend application policies within technical literature.
Coordinate 3rd party certification / approvals
Provide live and/or web-based training for internal staff and/or external customers
Create instructional hands-on demonstrations in a classroom, distributor locations, or job site settings showing application of products.
Exercise clear and confident communication of product lines and construction practices during presentation delivery.
Use relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether designs or applications comply with local codes, industry standards, and regulations.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Construction, or similar preferred.
and 2-4 years of construction or industry experience OR
Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of relevant construction or industry experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training with the application of EIFS.
Proficient in using a hawk and trowel or plastering skills.
Experience in the field application of EIFS, preferably Dryvit.
Ability to articulate a message in letter format.
Detailed in jobsite observations.
General Awareness of building code and requirements.

Required Experience:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Aptitude with SAP/WMS System as well as ISO-9001 requirements. Appropriate forklift and comparable equipment operating skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) in their respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Supervisors as necessary.
Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process in conjunction with the Quality Control Specialist (QCS) of all the Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to current and previous job sites and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel.
Field all questions and concerns from the Field Reps and handle all discrepancies between the Field Reps and the Sales Reps.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, text message, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters.
Be the primary contact for the office personnel if there are any issues concerning a Field Rep.
Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.
Conduct and/or assist with the training (both hands-on field training and classroom setting) for the Field Reps, according to the WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval and certification of each Field Rep, including, but not limited to, OSHA Hazard Awareness, Toolbox Talks, etc.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services provided.
Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with the Regional Business Manager (RBM) and HR as needed.
Work with the HR and Recruiting department to hire all new personnel.
Ensure all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis.
Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information.
Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including, but not limited to, expense management, monthly sales projections, Field Tech time management, status reports, bidding jobs with Reps, large job sign-offs, project documentation, etc.

The primary function of a Tremco Project & Compatibility Lab Technician is to manage internal testing procedures that are used to establish a compatibility matrix for all Tremco products that are subject to contact in typical construction applications.
The P&C Lab Technician will perform Project Testing and support testing functions for Decks, Below Grade Waterproofing, Sealants and Air Barriers.
These test functions include Product Comparison, Product Compatibly, ASTM Testing (potential addendums to existing standard method requirements).
The P&C Lab Technician will be required to communicate results in an organized manner and manage the flow of data through the proper channels to the proper recipients in a timely fashion
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Laboratory: 75% of time will be spent in the laboratory in constructing test samples, documenting performance and maintaining a clean working environment.
Must be familiar with a laboratory setting and safety and be able to: Test to ASTM C 1248, ASTM C 1247, ASTM C 1193, ASTM C 1135, ASTM C 1087, ASTM 794, ASTM C 793, ASTM C 719, ASTM C 679, ASTM C 679, ASTM C 661, ASTM C 639 and ASTM C 510 standard test methods. Prepare test substrates for testing using cutting equipment including band saw, table saw and wet saw. Document observations and results of standard testing in detailed test reports. Prepare detailed and accurate estimates by reviewing Sales Representative scopes of work, project plans, specifications, and addenda, identifying labor, material, and time requirements. Identify and contact suppliers and subcontractors as needed for inclusion in estimates. Ensure suppliers and subcontractors without Master Service Agreements (MSAs) are referred to the Divisional Administrator for approval, documenting exceptions or refusals to avoid procurement delays. Conduct thorough take-offs for roofing repairs and renovations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the project scope. Assemble and present estimates with precision, incorporating both numerical data and precise descriptive details. Maintain professional and timely communication with customers, Sales Representatives, field staff, and internal company personnel via email, phone, text, or in person. Assist in the training and development of Field Representatives and "Elevate" program candidates and graduates, in alignment with WTI Training Policy.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive leadership in Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, or SIOP/IBP.
Proven experience in inventory governance and optimization with measurable results in reducing excess/slow-moving stock while improving service.
Strong ERP and planning system background.
Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders and hold cross-functional teams accountable.

Essential Functions:
Design, launch, and lead Inventory Governance COE as the single point of ownership for inventory health across finished goods, purchased finished goods, and raw materials.
Build and enforce inventory policies, rules, and guardrails including safety stock methodology, segmentation, replenishment rules, and slow-moving/excess inventory management.
Drive alignment on inventory targets, accountability, and performance tracking across plants, and distribution centers.
Maintain the Inventory Playbook and Standard Work for consistent execution.
Partner with Finance to ensure inventory strategies are tied directly to working capital and cash flow goals.
Lead the monthly SIOP cycle, ensuring integration of demand, supply, and inventory are aligned.
Establish governance routines that hold Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain accountable for forecast accuracy, supply execution, and inventory adherence.
Facilitate Executive SIOP reviews to highlight demand-supply risks, inventory positions, and financial implications.
Ensure demand planning outputs are translated into actionable supply and inventory requirements.
Partner with Operations and Procurement to align capacity, sourcing, and distribution with inventory strategies.
Provide scenario modeling for inventory trade-offs during constraints, new product launches, and major projects.
Leverage system analytics to enable real-time visibility to inventory and planning performance.
Standardize metrics and dashboards across operations.
Lead continuous improvement in planning and inventory management maturity, including digital tools, automation, and advanced analytics.
Maintain commitment to the Company's safety and quality programs.
