As our Blending Operator you will assure product quality by setting up, operating, or tending machines to mix or blend materials, such as solvents, resins, pigments, latex, and other chemical additives in a safe, consistent, and efficient manner to ultimately provide paint to the customer. Here's what you can expect every day: Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects or deviations from standards, and make adjustments as necessary. Determine paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality by performing visual inspections, or by using machinery. Weigh or measure chemicals, coatings, or paints before adding them to machines. Select appropriate coatings, paints, or sprays, or prepare them by mixing substances according to formulas, using automated paint mixing equipment. Set up and operate machines to paint or coat products with such materials as silver and copper solution, rubber, paint, glaze, oil, or rustproofing materials. Turn dials, handwheels, valves, or switches to regulate conveyor speeds, machine temperature, air pressure, and circulation, and the flow or spray of coatings or paints. Start and stop operation of machines, using levers or buttons. Record operational data on specified forms. Start pumps to mix solutions and fill tanks. Required Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing/chemical processing environment. Prior paint manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. General Purpose of Job:
The QA Technical Service Rep is responsible for the timely delivery of services related to the quality assurance of Tremco's installed roofing systems within their respective region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
Lead Technician performing roof patch and repair as necessary and determined by the Quality Assurance Group on Tremco Incorporated roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply, Fluid Applied, etc.). Estimate material and labor quantities for roof patch and repair. Perform Job Site Inspections as they relate to quality assurance and/or adjustment work. Perform detailed roof inspections to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and/or concerns. Work with local WTI Field Representatives and/or Supervisors as required or necessary. Provide accurate and timely documentation to ensure that all work is completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the QA Assurance Group.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Prior supervisory skills and ability to manage people and tasks Prior roofing experience, including patch and repair skills Knowledge and ability to use basic tools associated with commercial roofing Knowledge and experience in monitoring and maintaining Quality Control Functional computer skills Safety training and OSHA knowledge with a commitment to safety at all times Understanding and ability to manage expenses Planning and organizational skills.

Field Resource Inspection Technician is responsible for performing the inspection services.
They are to be on time and complete work scheduled.
The Inspection Technician will perform all services in a professional manner as it pertains to conduct, appearance and communication. All required job information should be completed promptly via the required tools and resources. Must be familiar with all forms of low slope roofing systems. Must be knowledgeable with Tremco line of products and proper applications Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review and confirm all work orders scheduled. Specific Requirements:
Works directly with the Production Superintendent, other Production Supervisors, Process Technicians, Utility, and others in the safe handling of the equipment and chemical intermediates in both storage and use in production. Review, check, and signoff on appropriate paperwork for both their own and the Process Technicians and Utility employees under watch. Oversee the training of Process Technicians and Utility employees as well as administer reviews and additional trainings as required.
Have a good command and general working knowledge of manufacturing equipment (i.e.
cooling tower fans and circulation pumps, chiller system, steam boilers, air compressors, reactors, and emergency shutdown procedures. Comprehension of manufacturing techniques vacuum distillation, atmospheric controls, chemical addition, filtration methods, control of exothermic reactions, and adjustment of rates of addition within the operating requirement of equipment used. Inventory Control through cycle counts, batch log & MUS record keeping, and filling or transferring documentation. Manages inventory reduction per departmental inventory reduction strategy. Understand and demonstrate compliance with HMIS, SDS's, HAZCOM, General Safety, Tank Markings, Plant Signage, HAZWASTE, LO/TO, PSM, PPE protocol, and proper housekeeping. Our Weatherproofing Technologies Division currently seeks a Commercial Construction Superintendent with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial construction projects to deliver projects on time and within budget. We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
$20-$33/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees
