My client is a car provider who support adults with complex mental health needs and is looking for an experienced and motivational Registered Service Manager to manage a supported living service with homes in Hull and Bridlington.
You will manage the day to day running of the services, line manage qualified support staff, ensure CQC and regulatory compliance and provide the very best positive outcome focused support.
My client is a large charity who support vulnerable adults in residential, supported living services plus projects like farms, garden centres and farm shops.
We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in learning disabilities, previous experience as a Registered Manager or a Service Manager, positive style with a keen focus on CQC compliance.
The Registered Manager will be offered
Salary of £42,000 - £45,000
Monday to Friday working pattern with on call duties
Leading care provider with in house training team for additional development

To be considered as Service Manager, you must have
QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or NVQ Level 4 (or be willing to complete)
Managerial experience in supported living services (Registered, Service, Locality or Deputy Manager experience)
Experience working with adults with complex mental health, learning disabilities
Able to commute to Bridlington and Hull
Positive leadership style with a passion for care

The Alcohol & Drug Service (ADS) are a registered charity who have been transforming the lives of people affected by drugs and alcohol misuse for over 40 years. East Riding Partnership (ERP) – is a partnership between ADS and Humber Teaching NHS trust.
It has three hubs, Hull, Bridlington and Goole.
It is multi-disciplinary team led by a consultant and provides treatment services in the community.
The services include aftercare, young people, community rehabilitation programme, a specialist supporting image and performing enhancing drugs/steroids and a team supporting service users and cares through a team of volunteers and peer mentors.It is a very exciting time to be working in the drug and alcohol field, with significant new career opportunities being created.There is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative team, based in Bridlington, on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract.
The role will support service users with diverse and complex needs and their families with issues relating to substance use including alcohol.
The post would involve assessing need from a person centred and strength-based perspective.
