Holt Automotive are working on behalf of a main dealership in the Agricultural Sector for their branch in Esher.
They have the requirements for an experienced Service Advisor/Administrator to join their successful service team on a part-time basis.
Previous experience within a similar environment & experience with internal systems is required.
- Part-time or Full-time Hours available.
- Salary DOE + Bonus Opportunity
- 27.5 hours per week - 9am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday
- Company benefits, 32 Days annual leave inc Bank (Full-time) Sick pay, Pension etc.
Key role and responsibilities for this Service Advisor role in Esher:
- Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
- Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
- Sell additional products as appropriate to customers needs
- Advise on timescales and collection arrangements
- Produce job cards on in-house computer system
- Update customer and vehicle records
- Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
- Preparation and completion of invoices
Minimum requirements for this Service Advisor role in Esher:
- Experience in a similar role, as a Service Admin / Service Advisor or similar
- An ability to sell additional products and services to customer
- Experience of using commercial databases
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service

Horticultural Service Technician - Esher
Holt Automotive are working on behalf of a successful dealership in Esher.
They require a Horticultural Service Technician to join their team.
This is a workshop based position, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of all equipment associated with Horticultural machinery that is sold by the companys sales departments.
The Horticultural Service Technician role comes with a fantastic basic salary depending on experience plus any overtime paid at 1.5x rate.

Horticultural Service Technician Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain equipment for customers associated with Horticultural machinery
- Diagnose faults and successfully carry out repairs and service work
- Good knowledge of Utility, Garden and small Agricultural machinery
- Knowledge of Domestic or Professional Grass Machinery and how it functions is advantageous
- Ability to diagnose hydraulic and electrical faults using the latest software
Minimum Requirements as a Horticultural Service Technician:
- Knowledge of domestic and professional garden machinery is advantageous
- Experience of repairing and maintaining equipment for customers
- Ability to diagnose fuel and electrical faults and carry out repairs
- Able to lift heavy machinery, but apply common sense with items that require assistance
- Completing job cards in full relating to work undertaken
- Has the ability to work alone using your own initiative and as part of a team
- Maintain a good general level of health and fitness
- Excellent customer service skills both face to face and over the telephone
- Be self-motivated
- Full clean drivers licence

They currently have an opportunity for an experienced Planner to join their Civil Engineering division.
This role combines planning and engineering capabilities working within the pre-construction department.
The primary role will be in the tendering of new projects but also extends to planning and monitoring input on projects at both budget, tender and on site (visiting) stages of projects.
Experience:
Civils or construction background with previous site experience, hands on planning experience with ability to work both in a tender planning role & onsite delivery role.
Client facing role with emphasis on good communication skills and outgoing approach.
Experience of UK / London market essential.
