Position Summary:
Assist with maintenance and service of company facilities while ensuring employees' safety.
Maintain facilities warehouse storage and shipping/receiving area.
Essential Functions:
Ship and receive all packaged goods and supplies. Collect, store and ship various hazardous waste. Assist with the construction and/or rehabilitation of all corporate facilities. Perform daily job assignments necessary for the safe and efficient operation of facilities. Operate a forklift truck.
Perform heavy lifting. Take an active role in hazard recognition and injury prevention by following all safety rules & regulations and immediately report all injuries and incidents to your supervisor. Receives annual training in RCRA Hazardous Waste and Carboline's Contingency Plan and will adhere to this training while performing their job. Perform additional duties as assigned Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid Driver's License
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to consistently lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to stand up for long periods of time.
Requires lifting, moving from side to side, reaching, bending, sitting, and good eye-hand coordination.
May have occasional exposure to chemicals.

Position Summary
Dudick, a division of Carboline is seeking a Customer Service Representative, located at their facility in Streetsboro, Ohio.
This is a full time in-office position that is responsible for order cycle starting with the placement of the order, coordination of manufacturing the product, and shipment through billing.
A Customer Service Representative will speak with customers and our sales team over the phone and through email requiring great communication skills, an ability to learn complex order systems, and a team orientated personality.
Minimum Requirements
High School Degree or equivalent, 2-year Business degree or 1-5 years Customer Service experience.
Essential Functions
Answer a high volume of phone calls. Input orders with correct price, discounts, commission splits, rate special requirements, products, point of manufacture, sales division, project, market, routing, and freight terms. Use selling skills to upgrade orders, substitute products, turn inquiries into orders and introduce new products. Maintain existing customer base through proper servicing and complaint handling skills. Work with customer service manager to initiate expediting and improved schedule dates Coordinate the manufacturing point, scheduling, shipment and delivery of product.
Prioritize and negotiate product availability with the expeditor. Advise sales management and field sales representatives of customer perception in terms of the company's service level. Understand and follow policy guidelines relative to stock orders, no-charge orders, special charges, quality compliance, credit, freight recovery, commission levels and commission splits. Follow up daily on order status and notify customers or sales reps of any changes.
Work with production management and expediting to meet customer requirements. Work closely with Regional Managers on pertinent regional service and support issues, account development, sales training, inventory availability, etc. Recommend and communicate stock levels/changes due to the direction of the sales team to the Supply Chain Manager. Provide backup for the whole Customer Service Department. Handle special assignments as needed. Committed to the Company's safety and quality programs.

Summary:
The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be a part of Carboline Global Continuous Improvement Team supporting the development and execution of continuous improvement projects at the Green Bay manufacturing facility.

Minimum Requirements:
4 years Chemistry, Engineering degree or Minium of 3+ years equivalent experience in a CI role Formal training in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operating and maintenance manuals and safety rules.
Ability to use a computer for all company required processes, procedures, and training.
Essential Functions:
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement methodologies and ability to teach and model them.
Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes. Ability to influence, mentor, and coach to get results through others. Collaborates with operations manager and/or plant engineering on modification of equipment and processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency and quality. Works in coordination with QC and R&D to isolate, test and recertify Non-Conforming material that can be repackaged and sold. Observing production processes, conducting research, and finding ways to increase efficiency and quality. Continuously challenging the status quo understood as a day-to-day activity in our operating areas. Proactive problem solving based on statistical analysis of corrective actions / assigned by Engineering Director, Plant Manufacturing Manager, QA, EHS projects. Load Trucks Unload Raw Material and supplies from trucks and railcars.
Transport all inventory.
Stage freight to be loaded.
Stretch wrap all pallets and move all pallets to the warehouse area.
Place all finished goods in inventory.
Assist in physical inventory count.
Organize warehouse and inventory.
Cleans inventory area.
Transports totes to work areas as needed.
Reviews and runs transactions in SAP daily to review customer orders.
Ensures Shipping and Receiving transactions in SAP are conducted in a timely and accurate manner by monitoring transactions in SAP.
Ensure products are shipped per DOT regulatory requirements, including Bill of Ladings and product container labeling.
Works with Logistic Production Planners & Schedulers regarding finished goods shipments.
Monitors status of customer orders to ensure on time delivery is met.
Communicate with customer service representatives regarding order delivery status.
Assists in tracking inventory levels of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods.
Works with the production department to achieve optimal plant layout to improve workflows for production, shipping and receiving activities.
Adhere to all quality, safety, security, health and environmental regulations and requirements.
Update computer inventory system.
Verify products are stored in the correct space.
Visually checks the appearance of and condition of products prior to shipping.
Loading of delivery trucks based on shipping orders.
Certifying that all regulations regarding the loading and transport of chemical products are always followed.
Record and track safety, quality, and productivity in accordance with plant and departmental goals.
Performs salvage/recoup activities per standard operating procedures.
Ship samples to other facilities when needed.
Full understanding of Chemical Hazards specific to area assigned to, including PPE.
General forklift duties Completion and compliance of all safety initiatives and certification requirements including all near miss and incident reporting.
Assist with physical inventory counts and processes.
Compliance with all applicable ISO requirements Working with Supervisor, assist in the management of "Progression" training and certification for all Material Handlers.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Communication and people skills.
Computer skills.
Preferred, Forklift experience certified.
Preferred, SAP experience
Physical Demands:

Wages: Level 1 begins at $17.00 per hour and progresses thru the training program.
This position is eligible for a 6% annual Bonus.

Position Summary:
You will be responsible for the overall management of the assigned Service Center location including: inventory, warehousing, customer relations, and sales.
You will lead a team of 4 or more employees.
Essential Functions:
Communicate with local sales force assigned to the Service Center regarding inventory, color, and service needs. Manage daily/ weekly cycle counting on physical inventories.
Manage inventory reorder points (ROPs) and reorder quantities (ROQs) levels to yield established on time in full (OTIF) and inventory goals. Manage receipt of inbound and shipment of outbound goods. Assure on Time in Full delivery to customer's request. Perform Root Cause Analysis on OTIF misses. Approval and processing of returned goods and replenishment of orders in a timely manner. Prepare Bills of Lading per Department of Transportation (DOT) certification and guidelines. Assure compliance with all regulatory, safety procedures, housekeeping expectations as defined by management.
Assist in daily warehousing duties as needed. Supervise, monitor and maintain training schedules for all personnel including: safety, DOT, forklift, IATA. Actively communicate with management to keep them advised on all pertinent matters. Preform additional duties as assigned. Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Minimum of Associates Degree in a Business-related discipline or minimum 7 years practical experience, 2+ years Supervisor or Management experience Forklift certification or have ability to pass forklift certification test.
Desired Qualification:
1+ year sales or retail experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects over 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include 20/20 vision, with or without correction, close vision, distance vision, color vision, full peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Summary:
You will be responsible for manufacturing at acceptably efficient levels, meeting production schedules, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, maintaining employee morale, and any employee relation issues.
Essential Functions:
Enforce safety regulations, investigate accidents, complete accident reports as required and eliminate potential and actual safety hazards. Maintain a complete understanding of emergency response plans in the event of spills or other similar disasters. Report all safety injuries and incidents to your supervisor and EH&S department immediately. Ensure production quality expectations are met. Responsible for understanding all aspects of production schedule. Understand shift production requirements and hold daily meetings to share information with direct reports. Assign employees to specific work stations and tasks. Advise management of equipment and staffing requirements. Maintain housekeeping standards. Interface with other supervisors on all operations, staffing, and miscellaneous issues. Run daily cycle counts.
Input inventory transactions and monitor LN for accuracy.
Responsible for physical inventory, directs cycle counting, and full physical inventories when required. Assure the following shift is properly stocked with supplies and that materials are in sufficient quantities on the production floor to assure a smooth start-up. Responsible for ensuring ISO standards and procedures are followed. Review and approve time card hours in the timekeeping system by 8:30am every Monday morning. Communicate improper equipment operation or downtime to maintenance and coordinate required repairs. Perform annual evaluations and administer training for production employees. Monitor employee performance, coach, council, motivate, and discipline as necessary. Secure and lock facility when applicable. Enforce all company policies and regulations. Follow all environmental rules and regulations to ensure hazardous materials and waste are managed in an environmentally responsible manner as required by procedure. May be required to train and certify employees on proper use of forklifts. Perform additional duties as assigned Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years Supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
May have to occasionally travel to other facilities or training events.
Manage 2nd shift from 2pm-10pm with possible weekends when production schedules demand additional output.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operating and maintenance manuals and safety rules.
Ability to use a computer for all company required processes, procedures, and trainings.

Physical Requirements:
Occasionally lifts, carries, and moves raw materials or company products weighing up to 100+ pounds..

(Personal protective equipment would be utilized.) Standing/kneeling/walking/sitting on concrete for approximately 75% of workday.
May be required to operate fork-lift.
