The team is highly driven to work with each service user as an individual and to tailor their care plans as necessary. Undertaking complex assessments, Section 117 reviews and completing safeguarding processes under the Care Act 2014 are some of the key responsibilities for this position.
About you
A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years experience is essential in order to be considered for this role.
Experience with line management in a mental health setting (whether that be community based or inpatient) are all experiences that lends well to this role.
