Legal procedures for evictions, including Section 21 notices, Section 8 notices, and Possession Orders.
Provide support to individuals experiencing financial crisis, including referrals and advice on accessing relevant services and benefits.
Address immigration issues and assist clients with No Recourse to Public Funds.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure coordinated support for clients.
Adhere to relevant legislation and best practices in service delivery.
Contribute to ongoing improvements in service delivery by providing recommendations to the service manager.

GENERAL SUMMARY
Make all intermediates and finished products by adding specific quantities of certain raw materials and/or intermediates to a batch tank or grinding mill according to a written formula using proper batch making techniques and safe methods.
This position also requires application and monitoring of established quality procedures and methods for production batches.
Compiles, tabulates and summarizes QC data for analysis.
Prepares and offers constructive criticisms relative to variables and deviations from prescribed standards of quality.
Maintains statistical records having to do with quality, nature and causes of defects.
Expedites and follows up changes to allow for prescribed quality standards.
Request raw materials for use in formulas.
Position requires knowledge of batch making techniques, machinery operation, scales and meter use, and formula knowledge.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Weigh and/or measure out quantities of solvents, resins, pigments (or dispersions), and additives into blending tanks or grinding mills according to a batch ticket. Tend mixing or grinding equipment and maintain control over time, heat, mix speed, etc. Upon batch completion, take product sample to QC Lab for QC checks. Assists with implementation of new SAP modules and new releases of the SAP application software, as well as 3rd party software tools. Provides 1st and 2nd level SAP help desk support.
Trains and assists users in the use of SAP business application software.
Prepares training materials, schedules and conducts application system training as needed.
Audience may be other IT staff or end-user staff.
Performs cost vs.
benefit analysis to determine rational for application system development and enhancements.
Is actively involved in software and/or functional user groups users. Performs systems analysis, design, configuration and programming tasks related to enhancements, interfaces, data conversion and special reporting requirements, etc. Advises users as to the applicability of various alternatives to meet the specified requirements, such as: SAP baseline functionality & reporting, specialized configuration, extracts to PC-based analysis tools, custom report-writing and report development, complimentary software packages, and or changes to business processes. Designs and assists users in the design and documentation of business processes and procedures, the development of training materials, and the delivery of training, etc.
Performs thorough testing of all new and revised system functions and reports, and performs quality assurance reviews of procedural documentation and training materials. Contributes as a team member for projects / tasks established in a given functional area, such as: sales & distribution, finance & accounting, EHS or manufacturing.
Participates in various user group forums to address issue management, to field & manage enhancements requests, and to facilitate the exchange of information and ideas among users in a given functional area of the business operation.

Education and/or Experience:
Formal Education Required: College or University degree is preferred.
Practical Work Experience Required:
5+ Years SAP Super User / Business Analyst in related discipline. Strong customer service skills and orientation.
High degree of flexibility in interface with customers / constituents.
Experience with SAP data cleansing and data loading activities. Ability to distinguish, learn and accept differences in business and end-user requirements. Ability to learn and expand technical knowledge and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with effective and cycle time sensitive time management and project management skills. Read, write and communicate fluently in English. Note: some of the experiences and time frames may overlap.
High experiences with Microsoft Office (Excel/ PowerPoint)
Special Knowledge and Skill:
General knowledge and understanding of business operations. Specialize knowledge of SAP Master Data elements to include (Material Master, Business Partners (Customers/Vendors), Info Records. Knowledge of the SAP application software, including its functions & capabilities, reporting and support requirements. Excellent communication skills. Working knowledge of the following computing platforms: Primary focus on HP Unix, PC-Desktop and PC-LAN computing platforms. Excellent Excel Skills Working knowledge of the following databases: Primary focus on SAP/Oracle, with experience a PC-based DB tool such as Paradox, Access, etc. Familiar with LSMW/LTMC Basic understanding of IT communications networks.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
SAP Training and or Certifications would be an asset.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $71,000 and $89,000.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
