Tremco Construction Products Group brings together Tremco CPG Inc.'s Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing and Roofing & Building Maintenance divisions; Tremco Barrier Solutions Inc.; Dryvit, Nudura and Willseal brands; Prebuck LLC; Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.; Weatherproofing Technologies Canada and PureAir Control Services, Inc.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Ensures that the assigned revenue, margin and product mix objectives, within the corporate business framework, are met or exceeded.
This is to be accomplished by securing, developing, and managing key architects, designers, general contractors, distributors, subcontractors, and end-user accounts.
This position will also own and manage all related performance and service metrics for the assigned accounts in the Willseal product line.
Territory to include FL, GA, TN, NC, SC, MI, and AL.
The ideal candidate should reside in Florida.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.
Works primarily with existing accounts, while seeking and developing new account opportunities to influence and increase use of Tremco CPG products in assigned territory.
Manages assigned accounts to establish business development opportunities through account penetration, analysis, partnership with key decision makers, and strategic initiatives.
Drives product specifications and project opportunities throughout assigned territory.
Leverages industry knowledge, marketplace dynamics and key relationships both internally and externally to develop trusted partnerships and advisory relationships with customers with a focus on problem identification, exploration and resolution.
Annually prepares and delivers strategic business/territory plans for each customer with monthly forecasts.
Consistently and efficiently follows the standard sales process to identify prospects and decision makers, gain customer commitment, predict sales probability, and effectively close deals.
Manages day-to-day contact, exchanges information succinctly, truthfully and ethically while addressing issues directly and tactfully in pursuit of mutual interest and benefit.
Develops and delivers technical, high quality and directed digital collateral, product prospectus, presentations, and business correspondence in support of the overall sales process.
Collaborates with senior staff to coordinate and execute product knowledge training sessions with internal and external customers, as appropriate, utilizing supplier representatives.
Leverages all available technology on a daily basis for productivity and effective lead generation, account maintenance, sales and expense tracking, forecasting, account reviews, customer contact, presentations, etc.
Works collaboratively with internal support resources to develop teamwork through cooperation, trust and mutual respect.
Attends and presents business unit products and services at industry conventions and trade shows.
Maintains extensive product knowledge in all product lines and service offerings.
Adheres to and enforces all company policies, pricing, and operational procedures with special attention to the professional image of the company.
Performs other related duties as required, requested or assigned.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or Construction Management and 2-3 years of construction or industry experience OR Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience
EXPERIENCE
Two to four years of related experience and/or training Construction knowledge (i.e., waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, etc.) Expansion joint experience required.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to travel extensivelywithin assigned territory.

Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance is currently searching for a Field Support Specialist.
The Field Support Specialist works closely with the Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to support and increase the sales activity in the Sales Representative's region.
Maintains accounts through prospecting, closing, and providing solid market presence including serving customers.
Developing Business
Preparing and/or distributing marketing materials Inspection and evaluation of the property Preparing roof drawings and sketches Preparing scope of work documents Preparing proposals Attending sales calls Pricing patch and repair jobs Providing technical expertise Attending meetings with the architect, contractor and/or owner
Managing Accounts
Identifying, analyzing, resolving problems Preparing reports to owners regarding the condition of roofs. Project site visits to monitor installation of Tremco roofing products Identification of any aspect of installation that does not comply with specifications Review and resolve concerns of architects, contractors and owners regarding Tremco's installation instructions Coordinating visits with contractors Preparing reports on progress and problems for the Sales Representative. QA/ QA+ inspections Tremcare Gold Service (periodic visual inspection with minor repairs being addressed where detected on Tremco warranted roofs only). Identifying and troubleshooting problems arising during installation and the lifecycle of the roof May occasionally perform patch and repair work for small leaks that can be performed quickly after identifying the leak and other infrequent, limited physical labor.
May also perform minor maintenance (caulking, flashing touch up, applying small amounts of mastic, removing debris, etc.) to prevent potential leaks.
Other Work
This work may include but is not limited to: Conducting diagnostic infra-red scans of roofs Taking photographs Preparing CADD drawings Delivering or picking up samples, documents or small products from/to architects, owners and contractors.
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum: Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or combination of education and experience.
Must have a minimum of two to three years of related hands-on experience and/or training in a similar role.
Prior sales and/or customer related experience in roofing industry required.
Qualifications:
Thorough understanding and application of roofing and waterproofing contracting standards. Experience with MS Word, Excel and familiarity with CADD Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business and technical information, e.g.
professional journals and periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to draft reports, business correspondence and similar documents. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, contractors, and architects. Ability to communicate business and technical information (e.g.

Position Summary
Carboline is looking to add a Technical Sales Representative to their Gulf West region seeking someone located near Greater Houston, TX.

Answer a high volume of inbound calls from customers.

Daily interaction with Sales and Pricing Team.

Communicate with credit department on term's discrepancies.
Process credit and debit requests
Responsible for the accurate and timely process of requests for credit/debit upon customer request and investigation.
Ensuring that the procedures are followed for each process in a correct manner.
Handle assigned sales area of customers and sales offices & groups.
Responsible for the daily interaction of assigned customers and sales reps.
regarding orders, pricing, problems and product information. Additional duties as required.
Requirements:
High School (or equivalent) Effective communications skills - verbal and written, SAP experience a plus. Grace under pressure - remain positive and focused to the task at hand. Effective problem-solving skills - quick on your feet and can think outside of the box.

Carboline is seeking a Rail Sales Representative to assist our Rail sales throughout Canada.
This person will have the responsibility to sell all assigned company products/services within this territory, by contacting established customers, as well as developing new prospects.
Our Sales Representatives need to have a hunter mentality to go after new business, as well as maintaining solid relationships with current customers.
Requirements: 4-year Business or Technical Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience, 10-15 years solid record of accomplishment in direct sales.
Job Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE:
The Sr Manager of Sales Training will be in charge of supporting for Rust-Oleum US and Rust-Oleum Canada sales force by conducting and developing sales, product and developmental programs that will improve sales, developmental, technical knowledge and skills of the people being trained.
This role will also include the training of customers in product and sales technique.
Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:
Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness. Research, evaluate, and suggest training programs to EVP. Evaluate sales talent and work to coach new skills. Work cross functionally to help develop the sales team. Grow and develop the sales training team's skill set. Conduct specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors or customer representatives. Conduct alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen. Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials. Present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures. Conduct orientation and training for employees or customers. Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures. Provides an on-going sales support, training and development to contractors. Function as a direct line of contact to the contractors & distributors, in the designated area, to ensure a consistent working relationship with the existing contractor base, keeping them informed and trained on Rust-Oleum's product line, new products introduced and where to buy. Develops new contractors in the area by training on product systems and their usage. Develops and grows distributor relationships to sell the Rust-Oleum Roof Coatings program. Required Skills:
