Within this role, the Solicitor with prepare for Employment Tribunal hearings and the overlook the supervision of more junior members of the team.
Other day-to-day responsibilities for this role would include:
Monitoring and supporting Trainee Solicitors with their cases and performance
Undertaking quality checks and assessments on ET3 responses, preliminary hearings, court bundles and witness statements
Drafting and preparing ET3 responses, witness statements and other relevant legal documentation
Conducting your own advocacy
Corresponding with other Solicitors, representatives and clients
