JOB DESCRIPTION
General Purpose of the Job:
Provides support under the direction of a Sr Business Analyst and Team Leader Business Systems.
Provides 1st and 2nd level SAP help desk support for master data related tickets and other areas as assigned based on experience.
Trains and assists users in the use of SAP business application software as needed to support the understanding and knowledge of Master Data Management.
Provides master data consulting in support business and IT initiatives, primarily SAP but also include in other Systems like CRM/PIM and Eshop. Ensures master data integrity in SAP and other key systems as identified.
Identifies area's of data improvements.
Prepares KPI's and recommendations for improvement. Strong Business Partner for IT internal and Internal Customers.
Highly involved to communicate and to Align to the internal Master Data Governance.
Notes on how to avoid master Data conflicts. Assists with SAP Roll out by assisting with data cleansing and loading activities.
Additional related activities as assigned.
Light configuration and other duties as assigned and as capacity allows.

Is actively involved in software and/or functional user groups users. Performs systems analysis, design, configuration and programming tasks related to enhancements, interfaces, data conversion and special reporting requirements, etc. Advises users as to the applicability of various alternatives to meet the specified requirements, such as: SAP baseline functionality & reporting, specialized configuration, extracts to PC-based analysis tools, custom report-writing and report development, complimentary software packages, and or changes to business processes. Designs and assists users in the design and documentation of business processes and procedures, the development of training materials, and the delivery of training, etc.
Performs thorough testing of all new and revised system functions and reports, and performs quality assurance reviews of procedural documentation and training materials. Contributes as a team member for projects / tasks established in a given functional area, such as: sales & distribution, finance & accounting, EHS or manufacturing.
Participates in various user group forums to address issue management, to field & manage enhancements requests, and to facilitate the exchange of information and ideas among users in a given functional area of the business operation.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $71,000 and $89,000.

Position Summary
Carboline is looking to fill an open Territory Sales Representative within our Fireproofing Group seeking candidates located near Wisconsin or Chicago.
This position will be responsible for both selling and generating new business with already established customers while also developing new prospects to grow volume, revenue and increase the profitability of this territory.
We are seeking individuals with a hunters mentality and prior experience working in the fireproofing, paint and or coatings industry.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's in Business or a Technical degree or equivalent experience 4+ years sales and or business development experience, preferably in the protective coatings industry
Preferred Requirements
Previous industrial sales experience within the fireproofing or coatings industry is preferred.
NACE certifications are a plus!

Job description
Carboline is looking for a Product Line Manager to work with the Marketing team at our Headquarters, in St.
Louis, MO.
This person will be responsible for the strategic market and product development activities of the specified Carboline product line, along with assisting the Marketing Communications team with advertising and promotions of assigned products.
Works closely with the Research & Development laboratory, field sales representatives, technical service and sales management.
Reports directly into the Director of Global Product Line.
Minimum Requirements:
4-year Business or Marketing degree or equivalent experience, minimum of 8 years marketing experience.
Minimum of 5 years in Protective Coatings or Fireproofing industry.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours in a day.

Will require occasional international or domestic travel up (30 - 40%).
Essential Functions:
Overall management of the specified product line on a global basis. Identify gaps in the product line and projects to address them. Act as the primary liaison between Sales and R&D in prioritizing product development and/or testing needs.
Collaborate with the Specifier Services Team and the Market Managers to develop strategic initiatives for penetrating Carboline product technology into current and new markets. Identify new strategic markets and applications for the product line. Develop and carry out plans to promote the product line within Carboline and the industry.
Assist the communications team with promotional and marketing strategies as needed. Investigate and recommend future improvements to the product line to ensure superiority in the marketplace. Assist in achieving annual sales and margin objectives. Take on special assignments as directed by management. Assist in making joint calls with field reps to help develop buying and non-buying accounts. Make customer presentations upon request that help promote the respective product line(s) of the Product Line Manager Assist in training new employees as well as customers to understand the category of products and technology respective to the Product Line Manager Become involved in professional societies to promote the product line.
