You'll be a self-motivated professional with strong communication and organisational skills.
The ideal candidate will have: Qualifications: NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Occupational Health & Safety, NEBOSH General and Construction Certificates (essential), SMSTS Certification (preferred).
Proven track record in health and safety training, consultancy, or management.

Background in construction or similar high-risk industries.

What You'll Be Doing
Deliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care in the community
Support patients with treatments such as IV medication, injections, phlebotomy, cannulation, technical equipment setup, and dialysis (full training given)
Carry out patient assessments and provide tailored education on treatment and self-medication
Accurately document care to support real-time clinical records
Build strong relationships with patients, families, NHS stakeholders and your wider support team
Act as an ambassador for quality, safe care, ensuring compliance with professional and clinical standards

Carry out reactive and planned maintenance to ensure equipment operates effectively.
Respond to plant breakdowns, implementing both temporary and permanent solutions.
Promote and enforce health and safety standards in line with company policies.
